Menards

Very nice shopping experience. Took my time choosing what I wanted for landscaping my backyard. Then was asked by Derek if he could help in any way - he helped me load everything from cart to car and was so very pleasant the whole time. I live in Joliet but will def be back to Plainfield Menards.

Everyone is so nice in the store. I didn't realize they closed at 8:00 p.m. on Sundays. I'm shopping away, this young gentleman walks up and says can I help you? I replied no I'm just wandering. he said OK, just wanted to let you know were closed. I was like oh my gosh! Even at check our young girl was so nice about everything. thank you!

Absolutely love saving big money at my local Menards. Associates are typically very helpful and accessible.

We like the variety of natural and organic lawn care products at Menards. More homeowners are using less chemicals and pesticides these days because of all the good choices at the local stores.

Was there today (Menards in Plainfield) 4/23 at 2:30pm and was lost as to what I needed. I asked Kyle who was stocking shelves and instead of pointing me in the direction I needed to go (which is what they do at the store in Joliet). He took me over to the aisle and helped me find what I needed by asking me questions. He was very nice and helpful. Thanks Kyle 😊

I love this Menard because of the workers. Bella is an amazing worker and so helpful at her job. I was supposed to leave a review a couple days ago and came in today and I checked with Amy she was so nice and bella was there again and so great at what she does. Menards she needs a raise. She represents you guys very well

The staff are all ways a great help. With finding items that I need and are not sure where they are at in the store. Some staff will tell me where they are and some will stop what they are doing and take me to what I'm looking for. They will look up for me as well if they don't have the item I'm looking for is out there and look up to find me another menards store that carries the item if can't find it in a near by other store they will offer to order it for me. Then give me the option of where I'd like it to be delivered.

Went into Menards this evening to pick up a few things. We were greeted going in and asked several times by employees walking through the aisles if there was any help we needed. It's so nice to know the help is there if you need it without having to look for it. The cashier (whose name I wish I remembered) was also very friendly.

Almost always find what I'm looking for and add on items I wasn't. Nice to pick up quick food items too. And don't forget the pup section. Squeakers beware.

Great service, great prices! At this Menards specifically they have some great experienced employees that have a lot of knowledge about their departments. They are able to help you with questions about your specific project as well as quickly and efficiently help you find things in the store. They are also handling the pandemic very well, requiring masks and social distancing in store.

Employee Scott was Very helpful by providing great customer service today! Another employee stopped what he was doing to assist me w.2 large bags of garden soil. Most appreciated. Great team!!

I purchased a microwave here which unfortunately was missing all of the mounting equipment and the center piece which rotates the plate. AJ , the cabinetry and appliance manager, was extremely helpful in ensuring I received these parts and provided updates along the way. Very pleased with my experience.

I contacted this store in regards to cabinet handles that were not available in my area. The young man that answered the phone was very pleasant to speak with. He went out of his way to see that I got the handles we needed. His name was A.J. and I think the manager of this store should know that he has a very good employee. We live about 4 hours away and our stores don't have this type of employees in all stores here. Would like to thank you him for all his help.

The store itself is always intimidating, but the staff in Plainfield is great at making you feel at home and quickly catering to your needs. Not only do they go out of their way to make Sure you're taken care of, but they are also knowledgeable.

I love this store! No matter what I'm looking for, if I can't find it, there's always somebody around to help! Truly one of the best serving staffs I have ever encountered in a big box chain! And to top it off, they have great competitive prices.

Love Menards they always have a great variety of items in all categories. Periodically they have a great rebate program. We'll stocked shelves. Great lighting selection.

Returns are easy here. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. My only gripe is that wood is scarce but I know there's nothing they can do because the saw mills have been shut down.
