Menards came through with another amazing deal. They had a President day sale on over the range microwaves. Not only did I get the SALE price I also received the 11% rebate. This place is a A+++++ on my list.

Great place. It's like a hardware and a grocery store.

We had a great experience here today. The store was not busy at the time we went-about 1:00 pm. There was a wonderful employee- an older gentleman-that saw and heard us wondering about a particular sander. He stopped to help us for a moment before he went back to helping someone else. This same gentleman had stopped and talked to my son and I when when we sat down on some patio furniture. What a wonderful asset to Menards he is. Usually you need to walk around to find someone when you need some help!

Found everything I needed and a few extras. Staff is always nice here. I love it when they have the 11% rebate to. Prices are pretty standard compared to other similar stores. Only downside is they don't have an installation team for appliances you have to use a contractor or do it yourself unlike the other big box stores.

My favorite hardware store. They have more stock and greater variety than the other big box hardware stores. I also don't feel like I'm in a dolly lit warehouse waiting for things to fall on me. Helpful sales reps.

Got great help from a gentleman named Joe who works there. 10 bags of top soil and 2 mulch all on sale. Not busy checked out immediately nice young man loaded up for me. Nice place to do business.

Had a great experience with an employee here. I was looking for an obscure part for a job and the employee didn't just help me look, but helped me find an alternative way to complete the work after it was discovered that the part was backordered.

When you buy at Menards, you typically know what you're getting- it's a couple steps above harbor freight. Things are cheap, but usually deservedly so. This location separates itself from the others by having fantastic customer service.

Rob in plumbing was excellent at helping me find the well tank and fittings I needed. I never knew a tank T differs from the normal street T in that you can disconnect the tank using a threaded nut in the middle. Now I know. He made sure the tank was brought to the front for me, even going so far as to bring it to the line for me when the girl at check out didn’t know where to look. Thanks Rob!

This location is great, customer service is definitely their strong suit. I've never had any issues getting assistance or recommendations on products for various applications. Employees don't vanish when asked for help and will return with another staff member if they leave to ask someone else something they are unsure of.

LOVE MENARDS! It's my favorite hardware store actually. Usually has exactly what I need. It will usually be my first stop, second will be Home Depot. This location is always clean. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Well stocked, easy parking. It's not the closest hardware store, but it's the one I prefer.

I LOVE my Carpentersville Menards! There are ALWAYS good deals, lower prices AND often, 11% back! I love that as it really DOES add up! Great toy section for me to choose from for my grandchildren, too!

The employees here are always very nice and helpful here. The selection of items is plentiful and almost always in stock for whatever I need.

We went on Monday Menards in Carpentersville one for looking main entrance door and patio door. James helped us he is very nice guy he gave us all details and ideas. This is the first time i am impressed to Menards staff :)

Nicely maintained and stocked Carpentersville, IL store, very similar layout to my regular store in MI. They had the online stock of Klearvue we needed ASAP and then when we needed more the day of pickup, I had the good fortune to speak with Tarek in Cabinets, and he set me up right away, friendly and smart. Diego helped me load my trailer safely and expeditiously, with a couple key ideas to reduce the heavy lifting. Great to deal with two smart guys who take what they do seriously, have a can-do attitude, and make one feel welcome.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Went in today to purchase some paint and Ron from painting was super helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions and give us advice on how to do our project.

I am in a walker and your two "workers" were so kind and helpful. I really appreciated that....I went in looking for a tarp to cover my pond...leaves were all over it!!
The cashier told me where they were...and shortly thereafter a male employee assisted me. And he also went to get me some big bags that I needed. That was so kind!!
I was there around 3 or 3:30 p.m.

The variety of goods is amazing! I bought caulk, a model train and a pair of jeans.

Evan in the carpet department was so extremely helpful....very knowledgeable....very patient....and very informative....in a world these days where customer service totally sucks because people are just too lazy and don't care...Evan was a breath of fresh air for customer service....keep up the great work.
