I've shopped here on and off for years and they've been very helpful!!! They've went above and beyond to find the products we wanted and when our budget got tight because of issues beyond our control they worked with us!!!! Mrs. Jodi has been a God send!!!! Communication is key.

i have been with aarons for a couple of years now, they are so awesome! If i have a problem with any of my rentals of things they are quick to make it right and that is not often. Also i have been sick and they have worked with me and my payments. Ms. Jodi rocks her store and i plan on keep doing business with her and her staff. i have purchased a laptop computer and a 65" smart tv from her. Keep rocking Ms. Jodi

My family fell on hard times... and right at the holiday season. I called Jodi, at the murphysboro store, ready to let my contract go and she helped me. I didn't have to worry about losing my stuff and she worked with me for the payment. She was very nice and so understanding. Thank you Aaron's for really being a family kind of company. And a special thank you to Jodi.

Great place when you need the convenience of weekly or monthly pay just wish the interest rate wasn't so high.

I had to transfer to this store from another one and I wish I had gone here first. Amanda and Jody are the absolute best. They are professional, helpful, understanding, compassionate and empathetic. There is NO other location to go to in So. IL Thank you ladies for all you do!

I want to thank Jody and Clinton from the Murphysboro location. They have helped me so much. The customer service is always amazing. Even when i forget to call or miss a payment they handle me with courtesy.. My biggest thanks to them is that when i was down on my luck with money they made sure i had time to get my finances sorted so that i didn't have to lose my nice king mattress. Thank you Jody.. Thank you Clinton... Y'all r the best!!!!!!

I love this store. Clean ,very professional staff. I recommend them highly. They have a new manager she is easy to deal with. If life isn't going right, she will work with you on your payment.

Very accommodating and friendly! I wanted to see the washer that wasn't on display yet and the employee gladly grabbed it from the back for me, just to look. I wasn't sure if I even wanted it yet. Also paid a lot less than what I was expecting for a washer, dryer and smart tv.

I have been a loyal customer for years; however, I purchased a sofa/loveseat that literally started falling apart a couple of months after the last payment, and progressed in disintegrating at a rapid past. It became my worse nightmare, and to the point I was sweeping dustpans full of sofa off my floor everyday. I'd spoken to them some months ago and sent images, which are beyond horrible looking,and I've cried, went through anxiety. After I made them aware of this nightmarish situation, which was some months ago, I unexpected received a call from them. They advised me that they hadn't forgotten the issue, and informed me that they were willing to replace my sofa with one they had in the store. All I could do is start crying out loud with gratitude. They delivered the 2 peices today, and I might add that the delivery guys Ricky, Garrett, and Jesse ran into so many obstacles trying to get it in my apartment, they didn't give up but persisted; even when they thought they couldn't make it fit through the door. I've been an Aaron's customer for years now, and have always found them to be professional, and in my past experiences they've gone far beyond the level of expectation in resolving customer issues, and for that I thank the new manager and employees.

These folks here at this store have been very helpful to me through my difficult times and are always willing to work with me. I've had to switch jobs and then immediately was out for a week with a horrible flu which affected my ability to cover all my bills. Thanks to these folks it was just a one less burden on my shoulders.

I highly recommend Aaron's. The store is clean, smells great, and staff is friendly. They always willing to work with you in difficult times as long as your honest and stay inconact with them. There products are of good quality and high standards.

I have had unexpected hardship this year DUE TO the LOSS OF MY HUSBAND. WHOM I will Always Love & MISS tremendously! Jody has went ABOVE & BEYOND TO HELP ME NAVIGATE & HELP KEEP ME FROM ANY FURTHER LOSS during & through this time of my families bereavement! SHE ALSO HAS SPOKEN WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT THATS UPLIFTED ME IN WAYS UNIMAGINABLE (this is WHAT I CONSIDER THE ABOVE... )! I will ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL FOR YOU JODY AND I cannot end w/out SAYING. Have no idea who the people that r saying bad stuff about this place talk too I’m sorry for them but I have bin going here sense it’s bin there pretty much never had one problem I do no they have made some changes in staff so lots of people learning new spots other then that never had problems keep up the good work over there guys keep treating me good and I’ll keep coming back ty
