AT&T Store

I visited the AT&T location on Rainbow Drive in Gadsden, AL this past Saturday and had the pleasure of having Stephanie take care of me. She was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Don’t loose her!

Great service and friendly staff. Shows how you can benefit from available offers we may not know and honest advice when not to trade etc.

I came in to this store a few weeks ago because I had some very frustrating issues with my phone. Jared met me at the door and asked what could he help me with. I began to explain my complications with my phone to him. Not only did he completely hear me out without interrupting me, he sat down with me and continued to listen to my complaints. He showed compassion and gave me full eye contact as I poured out my concerns and issues. After I finished, he politely gave me the necessary pointers and instructions to resolve my issues. He directed me to the customer service number and sat there with me until the issues were resolved. Now this is customer service at its best!! I was so appreciative of him and thanked him on the spot. He even told me that when I receive my new phone that he would be more than happy to assist me with setting it up. Jared was excellent and made fill relieved concerning my phone. Thank you again Jared for taking the time to listen to me, help and assist me!!

I received a good deal. Jayven was super helpful and very professional. He made sure he installed my screen protector to my liking and then helped me with a billing issue. I will definitely make this store my AT&T location from now on.

Very helpful staff. We got here right at open so no wait times. Sales staff wasn't pushy about product pitching and just helped us with what we came in for, of course they mentioned their deals but didn't press when we declined. Very professional, and clean. Let us leave our phones to transfer and fix while we ran some errands so we didn't just have to sit and wait. Super mindful and nice.

Shai was very helpful. He showed excellent customer service and went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of before I left. He saw that I’m a RN and made sure to tell me about the discount that I can receive for being a nurse. No one has ever done that for me as I have been with AT&T for years and was never told about this discount. My problem was fully resolved.

We have had exceptional service from start to finish with this location. When we ordered our Direct TV and Internet service the staff went out of their way to help us get exactly what we wanted and needed. We aren't big tech people. We needed some help and good advice ... not a salesperson trying to get us to buy something we didn't need or want which we ran into at other places. We just wanted affordable TV and Internet at a decent price. After we ordered our service, we had the nicest most competent tech come out to our house . He took his time to do the job RIGHT!
Can't say enough about the manager. Also, get this, AT&T sent an employee out to check if we were happy with everything. And, we are just senior citizens with basic needs...we didn't order their most expensive package of services because that's not what we need. I have already recommended to two of my neighbors to switch from cable to AT&T and Direct TV.

All of the employees were very nice and personable. A very nice young man named Shai assisted me and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed with his efficiency, helpfulness and attitude. He was amazing at his job and i will be sending people his way for sure! satisfaction is actually an understatement in regards to Shais' capabilities!

Fantastic crevice perfect in every way!! William did an excellent job in every part of the purchase of the iPhone 13 pro max. His explanation for all usage was perfect. He handled the purchase of the Apple Watch SE. I can’t Bragg enough on this sales representative. Kudos for employing him.

Absolutely the most wonderful and kind and courteous employee we've ever encountered just made us life long customers of ATT. With this kind of service you have no worries about us going with someone else for cellular and internet service. We are here to stay.

My husband and I went into this location today to set up 2 new phones-changing from much older models. The representative that assisted us was Kirsten, and she was amazing! She was so patient and respectful, yet very professional and knowledgeable of the products. She was an excellent listener, and kindly assisted us as she oriented us to our new phones. Also, she presented options for bundling services that could save us money. She Represents ATT in an exemplar manner-we are so happy we were fortunate enough to receive her help today!

If all of your employees had his patience and pride in doing his job completely. His kindness and patience is what made us get the phones and do business with AT&T.

Spoke with Cody. Very helpful. Looking for Motorola g Stylus 2022 or Samsung S22 Ultra to replace my Note 5. Thinking of switching from Verizon because my coverage has gotten poor at home for some reason. I would recommend checking them out.
