Giant Eagle Supermarket

I prefer this giant eagle over the one by me. The curbside pickup is great since I have little kids. It has made my weekly shopping so much more relaxing! They are very prompt and friendly and I haven’t had any issues! Thank you so much!

The employees are very nice and helpful. Especially an associate named Sophie! I left a bag behind and she ran outside after me to make sure I didn’t forget it. Great customer service!

Nice store. We buy our Salmon there from the deli. Always fresh food here!

This is my hometown store I rely on Giant Eagle for all of my groceries and prescription needs I also do my banking there these stores are truly great and I get treated like number one every time I visit thank you Giant Eagle!

Personal shoppers are great and make every effort to complete the order or suggest substitutions.

Larger store has better selection of veggies.

I called to talk to the supervisor in deli, I believe his name is Jerry or Jeff? He really saved the day for me and my family by providing us with foam trays. GREAT customer service, he was so helpful, quick, and kind. Very much appreciate him! Give him a raise, you're luck to have him.

They post some of the special discounts available at this store location that ypu don't see in the ads.

I am currently using a walker due to a recent back surgery. Steve, an employee helped me from the minute I walked in to the minute I left. He got me a motorized wheelchair. Checked on me while I was shopping and packed me up when I was ready to leave. Steve could not have been more helpful. Kudos to Steve and the whole team. You are lucky to have him !!

Having shopped this location for over 10 years now I have seen many changes take place. I'm hoping with new ownership they will consider a well needed remodeling. The one thing I hope dosent change are some great employees. Jim in the frozen food dept is always so helpful and truly a pleasure to talk too. I shop here every week.

I have shopped at this Giant Eagle for many years, albeit not consistently. I must say that my visits are always a delight, as I absolutely love their bakery and products, and go specifically at times for their breads, cakes and danish. They are the best, bar one. I have always had good fruits and vegies, which I cannot say for other less expensive stores that I have sometimes shopped for food. The store employees are very helpful and friendly. I have come to conclude that what I think I am saving at other less expensive stores is not worth it compared to the quality I find at this Giant Eagle store on 1825 Snow Road. I was just there Sunday, and had to request assistance from three employees, who could not have been more helpful and/or did not make me feel as if I was interrupting/bothering them. Great Giant Eagle Store.

It's a pretty good store. I haven't been to very many Giant Eagle stores (spent my first 28 years in Florida) but they usually have everything we need there, plus some. Their prices are pretty reasonable for the most part, and they always have deals going on.

Great deals on meat and other products, that are not in the regular sale paper. Just got center cut bone in pork chops for 1.49 lb.

New rewards program needs to go! Too confusing

This giant eagle is the best around, hands down; and I recently found out how they separated themselves from the others in this area and in surrounding areas. They're privately owned and operated, franchised. They buy more of things and can give those lower cost to us. I love this location for many reasons. I almost hate to review it in fear that I'll miss out on some of those great deals. Lol, jk everyone should be able to reap these rewards. Thank you ownership

Ordered a half a sheet cake for my husband's birthday two weeks ago. It was a white cake with the oreo cookie frosting. It was SO good. we have a piece left and it's still good (been refrigerated). The design was perfect also. Beautiful writing and musical notes were perfect. My husband talked about it for three days after. I am never disappointed with the cakes or decorating from this Giant Eagle. thanks very much.

I'm surprised to read all of the negative reviews. We moved to Parma 3 1/2 years ago and started shopping at this location. I usually shop in the evening after work. I have never come across anybody rude or unhelpful. As for plastic bags, many businesses are not able to use plastic anymore due to local policies. I will continue to enjoy shopping there!
