Great store. Employees always kind and helpful. Bought apple ear buds. They are amazing. Associate was kind and helpful with its different features. Only complaint. No accessories for Apple Watches. None. Was needing a face protector for my new watch. Nope. nada. Do better. Ty 👍🖤💛 Go Steelers.

I was greeted immediately when I entered the store, the store was exceptionally clean and the staff were all wonderful! The manager, Noah, was extremely helpful and took care of my concern without making me feel like a burden. I will DEFINITELY return to this location in the future!

Excellent staff here! I had just left another ATT store that, for lack of better words, threw me out. Mindy got me switched out of Verizon onto a better plan that saved me money. She was super friendly and quick and efficient at her job. Can't recommend her or the store enough!

Blair and Noah are fantastic. Came in to set up a new account and they were super easy and fun to work with! Transferring took ages though. They need better internet

I came in for service last week. Spoke to a lovely rep, Brianna. She was super helpful and is why I came back today. She was off unfortunately, but the manager Blair and staff member Mindy helped me out with my upgrade and protection. 5 out of 5 service.

Came into the mall location to get a screen protector fixed and I was greeted by two friendly local faces Blair and Mindy. I knew them from elsewhere locally store wise. Appreciate the customer care, will be back for all our AT&T needs.

The salesman at this location were top notch, every one of them! Nathan and Noah were of great help and awesome guys to deal with and they knew their stuff! I would highly recommend this store. I will definitely be going back to the steubenville location for any future needs.

Came into this store to get my data transferred for an insurance replacement. I’m originally from Missouri and own a Funeral Home but was in town at the time. Noah was very helpful and informative. He sat through patiently while my phone took 4 hours to transfer. I came back in today to get help logging into my Facebook and Noah actually helped me set up a DirecTV account in my Missouri home. The customer service in this store is exceptional as I’m in sales myself.

Came into the Fort Steub location yesterday to check over some plans because we wanted to port from Verizon. We were greeted by Bri and Blair. They were fantastic. Super friendly. We eventually ported over two lines and also signed up for Direct TV. We will be back for future needs. Thank you.

Came into the location needing some help in changing a plan. Saw two people I saw for the last 4 years at a local gym, Mindy and Blair. They helped me change my plan without any problems. I will be back for sure.

Great store. All the employees i've dealt with have always been knowledgeable and try not to take up too much of your time. I came in last week to get new lines for my whole family and he was able to answer all my questions no problem. They deserve a newer store, considering the mall isn't in the best condition.
