5 out of 5 this is my new shop whenever I need something done to my guns. Extremely nice people. Extremely knowledgeable. Will sit there and shoot bull about guns all day long. The bad reviews of this place are honestly laughable. If you haven't stopped in yet you need to.

Matt is awesome to work with. He carries a good variety and is very knowledgeable about the products he has and even those that he doesn’t keep on shelf. There is no pressure to make a purchase in his store and I have witnessed him encourage potential customers to look into other options or point them in the right direction for doing more research instead of just pushing for another firearm sale.

This is the only firearm store that I will do business with in the area if I have the option to. For anything from concealed carry to building a custom AR I would highly recommend checking this place out first!

Very nice shop Matt is very knowledgeable and extremely courteous and friendly. Also carry a very nice selection of accessories for firearms and firearms themselves! Prices can't be beat either! I am definitely a permanent customer for now on!

Have been going to Matt for awhile now. He is willing to go above and beyond to help, has answered all of my questions quickly. Had a bit of an issue with an online purchase from a national retailer. He stepped in to help facilitate the delivery without hesitation. With Matt and Sarah, you cannot find nicer people to shop with.

Has a lot of great merchandise and if he doesn't have it, he will order it, and it will be there in a timely manner. Just completed a transaction with Mr. Smith. He was courteous, professional and most importantly flexible with my schedule. His shop was nice and he stated that he can order things he did not have on hand. He was friendly and efficient while doing the paperwork and was receptive to answer any questions I had. After a friend suggested I should check this place out, I stopped in to have a look around. Very friendly, knowledgeable and seem like just good folks. After a quick browse, I picked up a couple of things and could have been out the door in no time.

I had a couple of other questions which were answered quickly and completely. It's nice to be able to ask questions without being judged or made to feel like you are being a PIA.

Prices were very much in line with even the much bigger shops I have been in. I need to check out the custom work in more detail, get some more education on suppressors, and check with these guys before buying anything anywhere else.

I cannot recommend Matt highly enough for all your firearm needs. He consistently goes above and beyond both before and, more importantly, after the sale. Email/phone inquires are answered very promptly, often even after hours. Recently, I had an issue with another shop that required a transfer. I work with one of the Smith brothers and let me tell you these folks take the time to explain everything to the manner in which you completely understand. If they don’t have what you are looking for they will do everything they can to get it or explain a very similar weapon. I’ve got to mention the young lady that I spoke with was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. In closing go support your local small business, ya you might pay 5-10 dollars more but to be treated like family in my opinion is worth 10 times that amount. Bought a suppressor. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. By far the best customer service I've experienced in the industry. The staff even got my paperwork organized and mailed off same day of purchase.
