Metro by T-Mobile

I actually went to this location after being treated very badly by an employee or manger at the little elm location. After reading the reviews I was referred to this location in the colony. The manager Eric helped with all of my needs being that I was a new customer at metro coming from T-Mobile. He provided me with amazing customer service and empathy and to top it off also provided me with a new free screen protector for having such a horrible experience at the other location. Thank you Erick for your help and for making my transfer a better, smooth, and quick experience the second go round.

Back from the EU and esim/sim issue held up my number. Was able to resolve without being price gouged, unlike another store. A simple and clean service after arriving.

This is the best store! You have an amazing, caring and informative team. Was very happy to get my eSIM card installed and learning more about how to take care of my phone properly. Thank you!

Eric is by far one of the most helpful and personable people that I have ever encountered in a phone store.
When I had to get a new phone and was scared I had lost my father's pictures, he was kind and made sure that was able to retrieve ALL of my memories.

The guy that takes care of the store and then in the colony is so sweet and is very helpful and he takes care of me every time I go in there no matter cuz I don't know computers or phones and he he helps me he teaches me how to work it and I love that I don't feel stupid and I'm 57 years old

Angie is the only reason I will continue to stay with Metro. I just opened an account a month ago at the 4679 TX-121 suite 137. The girl was new and completely screwed over first time buyers at Metro. We have paid 3 activation fees on 2 new phones and one that was already activated. We were also not told about our apparent warranty by any other stores we have visited. Again Angie was an angel and deserves compensation for her knowledge at Metro.

The customer service was amazing; the employee was very bright and nice, very helpful. She helped me through picking out the plan I needed, and the phone that was fit for me. Also was very helpful in providing me additional information about their service. Overall, it was a great customer experience, and I recommend this location to people in the area.
