Bad experience we ordered Uber eats and forget the ice bag . And call to the store the guy said no money back you have to pickup the ice bag . Is ridiculous I pay for one service . 6/01/2024 night shift 8:40 he need to more focus in the order specifically in Uber eats

They sell sour milk. Discussed with staff and they said I should have made a 25 mile round trip to have returned it. That is unreasonable.

The lady working was more busy talking on the phone than customers. Thank God for the old Spanish lady that ended up doing both of their jobs while the other one just chatted away on the phone.

There is no 7-eleven classic hot coffee, which is outrageous.

I called to check if they had a specific item in stock before ordering from here on DoorDash, and whoever the man was answering the phone was extremely rude. He had a thick accent and when I asked “Who do I have the pleasure of speaking with?” He responded with “Why do you want my name for?”

I order from here multiple times a week, but I’ll order from somewhere else from here on out.

Mostly night shift(08-15-22, 11:25pm) working White dude he was too rude and unprofessional. Management have to tech him how to handle customers. specialy customer service.

Never gets my DoorDash order right. Literally puts random items in the bag for delivery. Useless
