Love my CVS! The weekly 40% off keeps me going.

My wait time is generally 10-20 minutes - on busy days, I may have to come back to the store, but I don't consider this a negative. The pharmacy is very understaffed, but they do their very best to accommodate every customer with their particular needs. Every Tech I have encountered at this location is exceptionally polite and courteous and extremely helpful. My only complaint is for the staff to get more help during the busier hours; every other CVS I go to has 2-3 techs on a shift, so that seems to be pretty unfair. Otherwise, I recommend this pharmacy if you are looking for a consistent and pleasant experience.

I recently transferred to this pharmacy due to a change in insurance and my experience at this location has been commendable. They automatically keep track of and message me when to pick up my prescriptions, and if necessary, check with my doctors. When I questions, they give me an explanation without making me feel like a nuisance. They are very polite and efficient. I am in a Rewards program which offers good benefits. The store also has very good sales. I feel the cost for the scripts are quite reasonable.

I was helped by an amazing human being today, an absolute legend of a person! She had no clue how much she helped me, I had unwillingly been off of my meds for several weeks which has had a significant negative impact on me, I finally got everything on the up and up with my prescriptions and went to go pick them up, when I got there I thought I had enough money for it but apparently a bill had auto drafted out leaving me without enough money for my meds, without hesitation she paid for my medication. I’ve been struggling significantly with my mental health the past few weeks and without even knowing me she very well helped save my life. I wish I knew your name but thank you so much!

Kari McIntosh! Awesome! Everything goes right when this lady is at work... literally! When she is not, you can bet things will go wrong! She is a ray of sunshine, always smiling, so courteous and as professional as can be!! It is so obvious that she is not in the Pharmacy to just get a paycheck. She has went beyond the call of duty numerous of times for my family and myself. She is truly an Angel! I have had to file complaints with CVS stores in the area but Kari's Customer Service makes it worth it to come back to this location. Make her Manager and great job Kari!

I started working here exactly 1 year ago and it was just a train wreck. After getting people to complete cvs surveys and complain to the right people, there have been huge improvements! The store manager they brought in really gets things done. Help is hard to find sometimes, but if we patiently focus our opinions through the appropriate channels, we get the changes we need. It’s really coming together here and I hope to continue helping get the store in great shape!

Esther at the pharmacy is great - she really helped me today! Also, it never takes more than ten minutes for me to pickup my Rx here, compared to the 45 minutes at Walgreens.

Kari took care of us at the pharmacy and she was phenomenal! They were absolutely slammed. She was running from drop off to pick up to the car part, all with a smile on her face and even letting me know how I can use coupons and cracking jokes with my sick kids. Will drive out of my way any day to come to this location!

Came in for a flu shot and it took less than 5 minutes, service was outstanding. Thank you for having competent and caring pharmacists and employees that care about their customers

Professional staff were helpful. Staff called to let me know I left card at pharmacy. We returned to pick up. I am grateful.
