I went to the store it was my first time today (Dec 30, 2023 @ 11:00am)! And I personally did not experience anyone being rude to me! The store was clean. I feel it lack more hair however the gentleman at the counter was very kind and polite with me!!! I will definitely come back!

Visiting our family hometown, just getting into town from Miami. I forgot a few hair products for myself and my daughter. Walked in and greated nicely by a sista who was polite as they come. I read reviews that rated poor customer service, so I watched out for it and was perhaps super sensitive given the reviews, but the place was so close, and I took a risk. Great return on my risk....great customer service, well organized, a lot of traditional and recently released products. She answered all of our questions. Arabic owner came in later, full of energy and politeness and customer service.

This is my go to beauty supply store. It's really big and organized, and they even have cute clothes. Prices are reasonable and staff is super friendly. They have expanded and have lots of selection. They don't harass you like you're going to steal something like some of the other beauty stores. I love the i-envy individual lash pack/glue, and the face masks are great ( even better than Walgreens'). I get my shampoo, lotion, and nail polishes there too!! Before you go to Ulta, Sephora, or even Walgreens, try the beauty supply! Great way to shop local and find unique products!
