It was good at the Mcminnville and Manchester Tn stores and they were so helpful I will be shoping at these stores again. People went out of their way to help me. Not as much in Tullahoma tn. I love Hibbetts and I will be back. Big shout out to Mcminnville and Manchester Tn.

I regularly stop in to browse the shoes and jackets here. I have gotten several excellent pairs of shoes at an excellent price for myself and my wife. I have spoken to the assistant manager Tristan multiple times through my visits and he was always kind and ready to help. Several times i had commented on a Nike jacket they had in stock but at the price they were asking i felt it was just a little too much. During my last stop Tristan informed me that the jacket had gone on sale and directed me to the rack and assisted me with my purchase A+ customer service. I highly recommend!

Helpful staff, good selection!

I always order off their website because the store doesn't really have a good selection. What's great about ordering online though is that there are free returns and if you have a Hibbett store in your town like we do you can order online and return in store. So if your worried about ordering shoes before trying them on because you're afraid they won't fit then dont. Any online purchases $49 or more is free shipping. Order the shoes if they don't fit return them at our local store. It's so easy. The selection is so much better on the website. There are shoes you will never see at our store. Also they always have great clearance items on the website.

Awsome place to purchase any type of walking, running , etc., shoes. General manager and staff are tremendous in applying knowledge to suit your needs, helpful is an understatement, please experience this place, you wont be disappointed

Even though I enjoy browsing the collection rather than buying, the assistant managers are always cheerful and willing to talk to me about shoes, or better yet, my day.
