Second great experience here. I just wish the one by me had the same customer service. Sabian was so nice and welcoming. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I would return here even though it’s across town for me.

Previous experience: Excellent experience here. Aaron helped me with my trade in and even gave me a few recommendations on some new switch games and gave some really good in depth reviews. I am very pleased with my shopping trip here and would highly recommend this GameStop.

I love GameStop! They always take very good care of me. I get warranties on everything because I buy used equipment and games. They honor their warranties and are good to their word. The management and staff are always very helpful at every store. I couldn't think of a better place to supply myself with my gaming needs!

April was super friendly and patient with helping me as I was having issues with my card. This location is further from my house than others, but I'll definitely come here more often. The reason I came to this one instead of my usual is because this one still sells gift cards to restaurants and I wanted to buy some using my GameStop credit card.

Went to get the new release of Red Dead Redemption 2 and I was totally planning on standing in line for at least an hour or so. That was not the case. As soon as it was time the system that they had put in place ran like clockwork. Like they have done this before, lol. They even had some awesome BBQ sandwiches for us to munch on. Highly recommend this shop, it's very well managed.

Had to ho to Another Game Stop because my local one near me (Austin Hwy) have been adding extra charges to our bill without asking, didn't honor our Pro Monthly Discount, always want to sell New Games. ALL IS GOOD BUT I'M THE CUSTOMER. I'm a parent in the Pademic we're in why would you make changes for me, probably others too, it's still my preference there games so I would think you would not sell me a damaged CD, but y'all did/do I have experience this twice and the games we're $39.99 plus, then took it back 2-3days later then gave me $9-10 for it. Now what is wrong with this picture. ABUSING THE PROGRAM. I DID GET 800 # TO DO MORE COMPLAINING YOUR PLAYING THE GAME RETURN PROGRAM FOR YOUR GAIN. Austin Hwy location won't have to worry about us no more........

Love this gamestop man, always good customer service everytime I go. Went in for the red dead redemption 2 release night and it was the most organized game release I've ever been to. Free food and everyone working had it down to a science. Plus I was able to meet some really cool people in line while I was waiting, who are actually on my friends list now too. So super cool experience all the way around!

Chloe made my experience very pleasant. On a whim I decided to grab an Xbox and trade a PS4 game I bought last night in for the Xbox version. She honored a full refund instead of doing a trade. That’s awesome customer service.

Great staff who are always ready to help find anything you may be looking for, or simply recommend a great game. They run amazing deals from time to time which worked out great for Christmas. Well organized and clean.

I always love going to GameStop, indeed in the spirit of full disclosure, I admit that I still work at one. I do love stopping in at any GameStop that I happen to be near, just to look around. I may be a grandmother but I've always been a gamer.

Larissa was very kind and helpful, and pointed me to exactly what I had seen online. A refurbished Xbox 360 and a previously-owned Lego Batman game. The game was a bit glitchy and I'll be exchanging it (I completely understand when you buy "second hand", you get "second hand", and there's almost no way of knowing condition, so that's on me), but before I purchased it, she offered the free replacement of the game for $1 more and I'm sure glad I bought it. Thank you Larissa. You saved the day!

Great location to stop in to search for games. Staff very knowledgeable on almost every system and seem to be up to date with not only new games but old ones aswell.
