Factory Connection

Nice little store with very friendly employees not a huge selection but the place is very clean well organized and I would recommend giving them a try as opposed to a huge department store. Has that small town feel and overall a pleasant experience. Be careful getting in and out of their parking area sometimes there's a lot of traffic on the highway there.

First time customer today, I went in looking for something very specific and after being greeted I asked the attendant for assistance with looking for a pair of women's dress slacks. Not only did she show me every available option she even went and looked in the back room. I ended up purchasing a pair, because she said that if they weren't the right size that I could exchange them or receive a refund. Very pleased with the assistance Angie provided me with today and my manager will be wearing them in St. Luis next week for a corporate meeting. Thank you for your time and customer service today!
