AS Revival Saddle Creek

The selection is so nice! I found a stunning dress for a wedding I attended and it was difficult to focus with so many cute items. I will be back:)

This used to be a store I would frequent and could not stop raving about! Sadly, they have removed the Arula (plus size) inventory and offer only up to size XL. This is incredibly disheartening, especially when I was told my only option would be online purchases from here on as this is a permanent change. It is hard to find truly quality plus size clothing as is and it is awful to have lost the option to walk into a store & have a sense of belonging.

I use to love this place and my friends and I spent way too much time (money) here. I got the cutest jeans for $10! But… recently they moved all their plus size to the back corner and put Altar’s State clothing on the Arula side. I will no longer shop this company. They clearly do not care about their plus sized costumers and are falsely advertising their business. Just take down Arula and make it Altar’s State since that is what you want.

My family and I used to love this store, but now, all Arula clothes are gone and replaced with Alterd State revival clothes. It’s so upsetting that any clothes for curvy women are being replaced with more clothes for straight sizes. With there being limited stores that cater to curvy women, it’s extremely upsetting to see another one disappear. We were really loyal to this brand, but now I do not see us continuing to shop at this store if size inclusivity is no longer a priority.

The Arula section used to be its own entire side of the store, and for the past couple of months arula’s side has been pretty much completely taken over by altar’d state’s clothes. There were maybe 3 racks of clothes that were dedicated to Arula clothes and the entire rest of the 2 stores were altar’d State clothes. At that point just take the Arula sign off of the store. You can say “visit our online selection” all you want, but a lot of people like to physically try on clothes before they buy them. And if Arula and altar’d state’s stock fluctuate so much that you have to take over a whole other section of the store then maybe there shouldn’t be two separate stores. I can say that I’ve never seen the plus size clothes from the Arula side ever flow over into the Altar’d state selections. There are also plenty of new clothes that are not at this location. All of the clothes at “Arula” have been there for a while.

I just went inside the AS Revival to pick out items for my fall wardrobe. To my surprise, there was no longer any merchandise on the floor I could find above a XL. When I asked an associate about their current Arula inventory, she acted like she was unfamiliar with the brand, and asked another associate if they had Arula inventory. I was then informed they no longer carry it at this store. Instead, all of the clothing on the floor went up to a 2XL. Wow, I was excited to see maybe they were doing size inclusive clothing across all of their “normal” clothing. But I was disappointed when I went back to check the floor for these supposed 2XL options, every rack I looked at never went above a Xl. Additionally, the size signage in different areas never went above a XL. I’m wondering if she also meant XXL vs 2XL. Traditionally, those are very different sizing guides for clothing. Very disappointed. For those looking for mid-sized or plus sizes options, I’d recommend finding another option!

So incredibly sad this isn’t arula anymore. This is now just an extension of altrd state, which is stuff you can find at most other same size stores.
