I drove almost an hour to this shop, and I was not disappointed. The owner was incredible. He had great knowledge of all the games I play but also many more. Everyone was very friendly. They had set up a demo game for me, and I enjoyed it greatly. Other customers took their time to discuss the game and showed off their incredible minatures to me. The store has a great selection of board games and card games. The store runs competitions on a regular basis. If you are looking for a game to buy or a place to try this place out.

Love this store, the owner is a great guy i messaged him a few time on some product i was looking for he took the time puled them and had them ready for me to pick up, alos wanted a preorder on a particular item he got me on the list that means a lot that is great customer service. one of my favorite spots to hang and play games, warhammer,magic,star wars etc
and they have a great ary painter selection of paints & washes

Gamer Haven located in Parma, Ohio is a really nice and friendly place for what I'd like to think is new beginners and long time players of the trade. Shop has games ranging from Warhammer 40k, Warcry, Arkham Nightmares, to simple card games like Pokémon and a game series called Munchkin Knights I'm pretty sure. Owner has a nice trade of what I believe was White Price Tags having 10% off the price plus other goodies to help, to Green Price Tags making certain items I believe 50% off. The place has an Encouraged Loitering policy. Rooms to rent for sessions and mini figs to use to boot. There's also a community paint area to use. Stuff like dice, and certain card packs like Pokémon cards are a full price item unless there is a special sale. Can't wait to go back and visit again soon and hopefully make a purchase after reviewing some game boards!

Stopped in with my daughter to explore shops to play cards. Unfortunately they don't do much in the way of cards but the guy running the place was super helpful and showed us around even though we don't do tabletop so much

If you do tabletop games the folks here are super friendly and have plenty of game space available.

Brandon (the owner) is hella nice and let me play a pick-up game of Bolt Action with my best friend, teaching us along the way and eager to see us get into tabletop gaming. There's also a super chill community of people of all ages.

Went in with my daughter and was thrilled. The store was well stocked and clean. The staff and other customers were friendly and welcoming, with suggestions appropriate for each of our interests. No gatekeeping, just a great gamer-centered experience. Highly recommend.

A fantastic store for all your Warhammer and Flesh and Blood needs. The owner is super nice and helpful, and even lets people use his tables for free ( Just know if an event is going on, you might be asked to leave a table to make room for people who signed up).

Add in spaces for Paper RPG groups and even a 3D printer, and you have a one stop shop!

Phenomenal store with a good selection of modern board games and TTRPGs with the best prices you'll find in a brick and mortar game store. The coolest part? They have rooms specifically set up for you to have a session of D&D as well as tables set up with landscapes perfect for War Hammer AND you can paint your miniatures in store.

It's been my go to store for the last 5 years, I was worried when it came under new ownership, but honestly he's enhanced the store in multiple ways and is one of the nicest people you can meet ontop of being extraordinarily helpful.

Walked in here today to see what the store carried and we were so pleasantly surprised by the positive atmosphere. They have rooms on rooms for game play and they’re even decorated and well lit! The owner is such an amazing guy, he took the time to chitchat and help us out. We will definitely will be back!

Brandon is always super nice whenever I come in, remembers my name and always a pleasant experience. I've been in a few times already to buy some figs and paint for my star wars legion collection. Great place, will be a regular for sure!

New owners great couple! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They have multiple game rooms that are free to use. Sell a small selection of snacks and drinks. Also sell board games, miniatures, paints. If you don't find what you need they do have a note pad to ask them to order it and they can call you when it has arrived.
They have a painting space. Also a community board you can post on or find gaming groups. Their Facebook has planned activities.

I've been to a number of gaming stores in the Akron and Cleveland area and Gamer Haven is clearly the best I've seen!

There is a good stock of product for a number of hobbies. Prices are fair. Everything is nearly displayed, well lit, and easy to find. The game tables are high quality and demand respect. Best of all, the staff is always friendly and fair.

I've driven an hour to get to Gamer Haven before and it was worth it.

New owners are really nice and big plus on having private rooms for gaming. I play D&D 5e weekly with a group here and I just love the atmosphere! The owners also are resourceful and if they don't have something in stock, they are willing to order it in for you.

Had a great conversation with the owner. There are a lot of games here, especially in the tabletop war gaming genre, that you probably won't find anywhere else. This store also provides great support for the gaming community with multiple tables, private game rooms, and organized events.

Really large selections of board game and the prices are very good. I also enjoy the wide selections of RPG books / rules. Miniatures? Paint? Dice? You name it and it's available. Plus the owner is always wiling to answer any question you have but not pressure you while you look around.

Great place for all the non-video gamers! Owners are amazing people, very friendly and knowledgeable! They have gaming tables and many different events that take place!

this store to is one of best hobby store in Cleveland. it had a fine price and clerks are real hobbies player, so if you ask for advice they will give it to you. they not the biggest in Cleveland, cleanest and best game table i ever seen. I will recommend this story to anyone.
