If you're not going to serve the customers at the drive thru, at least be professional enough to come to the window and let the customer know. If you have a line and don't have time to take the order at the window, at least be professional enough to come to the window and let the customer know. I have been here 15 minutes and no one has been to the window at all. I'm pretty sure you want to serve me at the window instead of me coming in the store and possibly getting other people sick. At 17 minutes later, when Nicole finally came to the window, she had a sour look on her face and a rude tone. I understand being short staffed but communication is key, especially in customer service. LIKE, COME TO THE WINDOW AND SAY SOMETHING, ANYTHING TO THE CUSTOMER. Just my opinion. Very poor customer service.

They have gotten to where they don’t care about customers first. They sit on the counter which is against policy. They don’t put anything on their hair when they cook, and PLEASE don’t eat the ice cream! Went from a 4 rating to a one real quick. They need to rehire the guy who used o work there and some of the other employees they ran off.

The worst gas station I have ever been to the service is ridiculous ,they need to shut down the drive thru window all the staff is rude

They are slow as h€|| ! And when you try to call the store the phone is always busy.
