I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from Eric Sides, a local gunsmith, during the Thanksgiving holiday. As a brand new customer, I was impressed by his professionalism, expertise, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my firearm was in optimal working condition.

I called Eric in desperation on my way home on the eve of Thanksgiving after having multiple misfires outbid my new Benelli SBEIII. I had never met Eric before so I honestly didn’t expect him to call me back. Not only did he call me back he spent the better part of an hour on FaceTime with me and my son as he walked me through the complete disassembly and reassembly of my new SBEIII to determine the issue. We diagnosed the gun, parts were expedited and my gun was fixed fast fast fast!!!

From the moment I entered Eric's shop, I was greeted with a warm and friendly demeanor. Despite being covered up in work he took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and understand the issues I was facing with my gun(s). At this point I’ve taken almost a dozen guns to him for maintenance, upgrades and complete restorations.

His knowledge and passion for his craft were evident, putting me at ease knowing my firearm was in capable hands.

What truly sets Eric apart is his dedication to customer satisfaction. Despite the holiday rush, he made it a priority to expedite the repair process, recognizing the importance of having a functioning firearm during the holiday season. Not only did he diagnose the problem quickly, but he also went the extra mile to ensure that the repairs were done efficiently and effectively.

Throughout the entire process, Eric maintained excellent communication, providing regular updates on the progress of the repair. I greatly appreciated his transparency and willingness to answer any questions I had, ensuring that I understood the work being done on my firearm.
