Fastenal

Called them looking for a special bolt that no one else in the tri-county area had. They were already closed but answered the phone anyways. And they made arrangements for me to get the part I needed on a Friday afternoon so that we could get our equipment back up & running to be able to use for work over the weekend. They were a Godsend. We plan to go back between 7 & 10 to get some more of those bolts to have on hand. They are only open 7-10 because they are making deliveries after that. Thanks again Fastenal for the great customer service.

store is now open Monday -Friday 7-12 , but if open light is on come in, products superior to Tractor Supply any day

The guy working was very helpful and patient helping me find the screws I needed. He found what I was looking for and I was able to complete my project!

Awesome people, but just figured out that they will reduce the inventory so every time we get there we will come back with empty hands

Everyone else kept telling us to go to Fastenal, they'll have what you need. They had the fitting, just not that super small thread design. They were wonderful in helping us try to locate what we needed, but they just didn't have it either! I'd give them 5 stars if we actually found it though!

If I could leave a 0 I would. If your not a major company don't bother with this company they only want bulk sales and get an attitude when you ask for something specific and low quantity. Now company overall may be good but the local branch here is horrible for customer service and helpfulness. If you don't want to be bothered by the public or its to inconvenient for you to make a sale to someone searching for a specific part don't bother being open to the public. I mean your only open from 7-9 of the morning and 2-3 of the afternoon.

Just wasted an hour and a half driving out to this store. Their hours ARE 7:00 am to 10:00 am. The web says 8:00 am to 5 pm. Complete waste of time !!!!

From 7 till 10 . just go to tractor supply
