Sierra was amazing! She walked me through everything with patience and professionalism. I highly recommend the Warrenton store and Sierra especially.
I wish all customer service employees were as friendly and helpful.

The store manager was very helpful with answering questions and providing solutions. I really hope he stays here at Warren county

Shelbi and Tanner were excellent. We had trouble switching phones, while dealing with call center, several times. Walked in and was all done in 30 minutes. So nice and helpful.

Tanner was very helpful, professional and very polite. He helped me get my new plan set up and at a way better rate than I was paying before that also included a new phone! Very pleased with the service and cleanliness at this location!

The staff is polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I don't like to shop, but they made the experience quite pleasant.

This team was great. I came in to get a new phone, they were able to qualify me for two new watches and a killer bluetooth speaker for the same price the website told me Id pay for my phone. Not only did they get me out faster than expected, they made it easy. Highly recommend!

Came in the other day looking for a upgrade, Erica the sales associate was more than happy to help me! Even though they were a little busy she managed to help me while assisting other customers. Great customer service will definitely be coming back for that direct TV offer.

Went in thinking I had major phone issues - Tyler the store manager assured me it’s pretty impossible for someone to hack into my Apple phone. He did a soft reset - in a jiff! Husband and I went to switch from Sprint to AT&T today. We had Erica as our sales representative. She’s great! Was extremely helpful and made the whole switch an easy process. I definitely recommend her and John to get you started on a new plan. Check them out!

I had really great service thanks to the manager as I brought in my mom who was overdue for a new phone and struggles with technology. He helped get her a new phone and showed her how to use it he also got me a great deal on some new air pod pros. Thank you so much for making this so much easier!!!!!

The ladies at this location are amazing and friendly. They were very patient with me since I had no clue what I was doing and explained everything in detail that I could understand. I’m so glad I switched service! Bailey and Nicole are wonderful!
