Purchased two pair of boots, Pro Pit Boss 6" soft toe and Boondock 6" composite safety toe waterproof. After 6 months +/- both boots are exactly what I wanted. Best products costs a little more but are well worth the costs! Great customer service.

This store is absolutely amazing. I purchased a pair of Timberland for my son and they didn't fit. I did not know that boys grow so fast. Kobe at this store was very understanding, professional and very knowledgeable. He helped figure out what size to get and exchanged the boots with ease. When I returned home, my son was able to fit the boots and there is a little extra room , just like Kobe said. Jordan also assisted me and he was super helpful. These 2 gentlemen is a great asset to the Timberland Corporation. Keep up the great work Kobe and Jordan.

I had my 2 daughers in the store, which my teen is now earning her own money and wanted to spend it in the store. The employees working Monday night were super friendly and despite knowing she wasn't spending mega money still treated with the utmost respect and held it together while she did teen selfie thing with "all the cool things." I want them to know it MEANT A LOT they were so chill! We can't afford to keep our 4 kids "lit" and being able to walk into a store without being judged nowdays is amazing. Plus now she wants to work more and get a hoodie, yeah motivation...

Great variety and the prices are amazing. They have better price at the outlet than at the website. I truly recomend buying the clothes and boots at the outlet rather than online.

Always there to purchase shoes, live over an hour away but make it a point to visit every 5 weeks or so. Outstanding service!
