I've always had excellent customer service from this store from the first purchase. As a matter of fact, my living room couch and recliner I bought here several years ago. My king size mattress and box springs came from this store 2 years ago this coming Memorial day.

Supervisor Lita in the credit/billing department did such a great job helping me out. She was very calm, patient and easy to communicate with. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for your awesome service. Have a blessed day!

Bought a beautiful farm house table with chairs and a bench from the King, NC Store. Works perfect with our family gatherings! And Margaret was so nice!! Super fast delivery/pick up!!

The staff was extremely friendly and personable. They helped us with our selection and gave us good advice, answered all our questions. Great customer service. Mike really helped us ensure a quick delivery. Upon delivery, the love seat we bought didn’t look great in our living room so we called to return it. Again Mike was so great with coordinating that and returning the love seat in exchange for a recliner. There was a small scratch on our regular couch we bought and we had the option to replace or $100 credit back. Overall good experience. Would def go back.

I have been doing business with these guys for about seven years now, and I can honestly say that their furniture quality and quantity has always been spot on. Their customer service is amazing and their employees go above and beyond to satisfy my needs when it comes to color coordinating and making final decisions. Been to several other furniture stores before Badcock Furniture but they acted like they didn't have time to even talk to us, kept walking of while we were asking information about the reliability of what all we were looking at. Heather's co-workers were very knowledgeable about the furniture too! Heather added an even better shopping experience to the already better furniture!

The salesperson went above and beyond to make sure I got all the pieces that I wanted at a very good price. The time she spent with me on my purchase was greatly appreciated. Everything in my home was purchased from Badcock and as always Mr. Neal and his staff makes my shopping experience pleasant. Could not have been a better experience. Chris was excellent in allowing us to look and talk without hovering or intruding. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. After purchase he worked hard to arrange the delivery around our schedule. Delivery guys were excellent as well. There was a small tear in one of the recliners that we didn’t find till they had left. One phone call and they brought a replacement within the hour. Could not ask for better service.

We needed a new mattress set on a budget. The Jefferson City location staff came through with finding us a great deal on products & delivery. The delivery team was friendly, efficient, & on time. Great work by all involved. We are very pleased. Highly recommend!!!

We had a good variety of recliners to choose from. The lady that helped us was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional in assisting us. She explained about the different recliners and what each one could do and also about financing. She went above and beyond her duties assisting us. The prices were reasonable also

My overall experience with this company has been pretty good. Once I got approved online, I gave them a call and they helped me to login to my online account. I was able to browse in the comfort of my own home. The delivery drivers were pretty goo. They, set it up quickly and. we’re very attentive as to where we wanted it placed.

After looking online and in auctions for 6 mos of construction looking for a French Country dining room table that seats 10, to no avail, I went to Badcock to see the Camden 2 PC sectional in person and there was the perfect 10 seater table for a price better than I could find for just 10 chairs! And, the Camden sectional and cocktail ottoman were better than I could have expected as well! Couldn't believe I found everything right in my own backyard. I am beyond pleased and satisfied with these purchases. My salesperson Courtney was very knowledgeable and the guys who delivered and put everything together had great attitudes, got everything done and cleaned up very quickly.

I purchase some lazy boy furniture and loves the furniture is great I also purchase some dressers ,I had a issue with one of the desser But the manager from Brandon was able to resolve it and she was attentive to the matter which was something I appreciated. I also appreciate it was resolve in one day. It's good to work with people that work with you. Sometimes you just can't control the situation and just have patience this was one of these situations.

The staff was excellent at the Kingsley location, very attentive yet not overbearing and easily answered all questions, when I was on the fence about the color and matching my floor too closely she told me if it didn’t match I could bring it back in 24 hours which put me at ease as things look differently in your own home and your own lighting. This was my first time shopping at Badcock I will definitely be returning, the quality and the price as well as the service was excellent.

Loving the sectional. Perfect fit and nice and comfortable. Can't wait to have family over to enjoy it with me. It is even better now that I was able to add another console between the other two chairs. I love that you can change around the pieces and add more if needed or take it out. Great buy.

Badcock is by far the best furniture store that anyone could shop at and feel well worth, moneys worth, peace of mind. I did a one stop shop to complete furnish my brand new home and it’s the best decision I have ever made. The sales rep was excellent all the way, he deserve to be recognized and have a pay increase.
