The store is clean, but each time (4x) I've encounted Melanie she has been unpleasant and very unhelpful. They are barely training the staff when it comes to lottery and how to use the system. I've asked 4 employees to enter my tickets using the number at the top and not the barcode due to the scanning mis hap and they are all unaware of what to do because they weren't trained. The lottery printer has the tickets printing with a line down the middle causing the tickets not to be scan able. MELANIE has very little to no patience and needs to find employment not dealing with ppl. I have seen employees allow family members and some customers allowed to walk in pick what they want and walk back out when you have a paying customers in line waiting to pay.Bad for business.

You took the time to respond, that's worth 5 stars! :) I love your store. I drive up from Sanford to get my gas there just so my old Mercury Marquis can get a run now and then. It's fast and I don't drive enough lately. I love Shell gas and your store feels safe. Keep up the nice work.

My Daily morning pit stop with amazing morning staff. This location has the best butter Bono Biscuits... OMG!!!! Coffee always filled and fresh. Location always has pumpkin spice non dairy creamer.. Bananas always ready to eat. Coffee area stays CLEAN!!!! No panhandlers in front. Customers are so friendly to each other. Sometimes I forget 'm in Sanford. This location has great southern charm customer services. LOVE IT!!!!

This store is always clean every morning we visit. Staff is friendly and always asking if we need anything or need some type of food or whatever. Great place?
