I am thankful to ladies that have helped me out in this location. My daughter has trouble with one of her feet and we've had to try several boots this season to determine which ones she would be able to wear and walk comfortably. The ladies did not hesitate to do a return and help with suggestions on which boots may work out for her . The 3 rd time was a charm !! We got her the Ugg minis and she is able to put her boots on and where them , their not too heavy on her feet and her heel is able to be flat in the boots ! Thank you Cville Journeys 😊❤

Everyone there is nice and respectful 💯 one of the people there is a bit hyper and awkward but love the spirit and the enthusiasm and the helpfulness that the person gave. Also the other people are also nice and kind; highly recommend to go and visit even if not buying anything

Friendly, helpful, positive. Vincent was extremely helpful, as well as very friendly. He greeted me when I came in, and then helped me find exactly (and I do mean exactly) what I was looking for. It could not have been a better visit, and he saved the day in terms of a special birthday gift I was in search for, for my niece. May seem like a small thing, but it made a big difference to me today, so all credit to Vincent! And thank you.

Ordered on line but didnt fit me so I was able to exchange them in store they were great to work with on my exchange love their shoes

Never had an issue, employees are right to the point and helped me the second I walk in. Also a lot of the dudes also skate so I can bs a bit while checking out.
