AT&T Store

Mr. Georges has been extremely supportive and helpful with difficulties changing to AT&T . He has made me and my family a happy customer. I will be sharing this experience with friends and colleagues and family. God bless Mr. Georges.

I went in to the Temple, PA AT&T store to try to get help combining my account with my husband’s account. I had tried previously via AT&T’s customer service phone line, but it became a confused mess. I was greeted by Georges, the branch manager. I explained what I wanted to do. He explained that he would require both my husband and me to be there at the same time, for security reasons. I made an appt, and we went into the branch today, a Saturday, and the day after the iPhone 15 launched. Despite it being very busy, George took his time with us, heard us out about what we wanted to accomplish on this visit, reviewing the coverage that we had, even changed/updated my married name and email address. He checked all available discounts to make sure we were getting the best possible price, and the best possible coverage. I will go out of my way to do all future AT&T and phone needs with this branch, expressly because of the service we got from Georges today!! Thank you, Georges! He embodies what customer service is supposed to be!

George helped me transition from Verizon to AT&T with ease. He was very easy to work with and didn't over sell on the products in store. Laid out all the details and made the transaction seamless. Will recommend George and his team with confidence. If you want a personalized experience this is the team. If you're are short on patience and in a rush. Go to a bigger store where they can just get you in and out like another customer.

I started out very disappointed disappointed. My daughter went in today to try to get the prepaid service figured out. The sales person charged her for an annual plan. After the charge, the sales person said that the plan won’t work for her phone and he can’t refund the money or put towards any other plan. I have tried calling this store and no one picks up the phone. I am beyond disgusted that you can make a mistake like this and the customer pays.

UPDATE: After speaking to a manager and another sales associate they were able to fix all problems. I appreciate the help very much.

Very pleasant place to walk into and greeting is so welcome. George was very helpful, intelligent and patient. George was trying so hard to fix my watch, but in the process not getting frustrated we were talking and laughing. My watch had a defect but, was very pleased with the outcome of it all. George has a great personality and awesome at his job! As far as the rest of the employees, they are a great group of people very helpful and always pleasant. Thanks, for the great customer service😊

George helped my experience to be very pleasant, stress-free, and ironically very quick. He knows his electronics. The longest part of my visit was waiting for my data to transfer to my new phone very pleased. Thank you, George.

MOST PLEASANT PLACE to upgrade a phone! George greeted me as I walked in, notice I did NOT say jump on me like a used car salesman. He explained all my choices how it would affect my pocket and quickly understood what was not conducive to my lifestyle and didn’t try to push anything on me. I appreciated that. He took his time explaining things to me…God bless him for his patience because I am not a techo savvy woman. But we got the job done. I have a fantastic upgraded I phone and accessories (super great deal!) and had a fun time during the process. George was honest, funny funny and pleasant guy….golden worker in my eyes. Yes, it took time to switch the info from phone to phone, that should be expected, but they had me laughing most of the time so I didn’t mind. Go there for phone upgrades and tell George Debbie sent ya 👍🏻

I had the most wonderful experience with this Att store!! The manager George's was well knowledgeable and friendly and experienced!! Made me feel very special by making sure all my needs were met! He introduced me to a new service and God Bless his heart, walked me through setup on multiple devices and was so patient with me! I could not ask for better customer service than what I received from Georges. Just want to say thank you!!! Att has great employees ! Keep up the good work..

George was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I spent 3 hours with him as he set me up with a new phone and direct TV. He covered everything and made it simple for a not so tech savvy baby boomer. I would definitely refer my friends to him.

Came into this store with questions and needing a lot of help straightening out my business account. George was absolutely amazing. He took the time to listen, provided valuable guidance, and was patient and friendly the entire time.

Fantastic service, no wait, and very comfortable atmosphere. Did not feel any pressure from the sales associates or that they were trying to up-sell or over-sell anything to me. After I purchased the new phone the sales associate I had assisted me with the transfer of my information and provided some helpful advice as well as polite and light hearted conversation. A really great store with a great staff. Will return again for sure.

I had a positive experience once again...I ended up buying a new phone and getting in home internet and cable tv for 1/2 the price I was paying for Comcast.
So yay for AT&T and for me..I was with Comcast for 30 years so it was about time I looked into saving money.

Walked in today to get a new phone due to my old phone being broken and screen cracked for the longest time. I went in right as they opened and right from the start the store is clean and well pt together. Most importantly the employee who I believe his name was Brent was extremely welcoming and helpful. He was knowledgeable and shared his insight on what he felt was best but patient as I picked out what phone I felt was best for my upgrade. He quickly and efficiently got me setup on the plan with my new phone and even had all my apps, pictures, contacts, everything transferred over in efficient convenient timing. He was professional and people friendly as he continued to talk to me and greet other guests as they walked in, even though he was working alone. Extremely grateful for his help today and loving the new phone. Will definitely be back to this store after his help today which greatly affected my positive experience.

Noah and the manager Miss Shyloe exceeded my expectations with helping me set up my brand new smart phone. I know nothing when it comes to these devices. They even took the extra step and helped create a Facebook which I never used. I am very pleased and they gained a lifelong customer.
