Out of all the cell phone Carriers I’ve had I can honestly say this one is the best. It gets perfect service at all of my usual camping spots deep in the Rocky Mountains where Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T never did.

This location is the only Cricket I will shop at. The customer service is far beyond the corporate expectation. They weren't able to provide the service I was looking for, but informed me on what to do and how to do it. Even got out their phone and looked up a place that could help me. I highly recommend this location for it's customer service alone.

I went into this store very stressed out after I dropped my phone in a creek. Juan was AMAZING! So friendly, so helpful and kind. He had a lot of understanding for my situation. He made sure that my phone was working which was HUGE for me because I take the light-rail. It’s a must that I have a phone in case of an emergency and Juan made sure that happened! So amazed with the quality of service he was able to provide me!! Thank you Juan!!

I needed two new phones for the lady and I . Service was great

We stopped by after work to get new service for 2 lines and were lucky enough to have Juan be the employee on duty. He was friendly and kept us laughing throughout the entire process of transferring numbers and our lifeline credit to our account. He also easily answered our questions about the phones and helped make our decision an easy one without being a pushy salesman. I wouldn't hesitate to drop by again to ask him any questions that I may have.

I believe cricket is going to be a little bit more better than metro yeah I know metro is connected to T-Mobile and T-Mobile wants to take over everything but AT&t is a little bit more better than metro besides cricket offers did I would say did bridge payment metro doesn't offer that metro is just really metro by T-Mobile is very very straightforward and they're not kind of nice but they are a little bit kind of I'm always when you call customer service on metro you have to speak to some foreign person that's a little bit kind of shocking and on I'm getting a little bit tired of that but on the other hand it is what it is when you talk to somebody on the cricket sign for a for AT&t cricket is a little bit more establish and they have a little bit more better things to offer to as well metro is just so I would say you might want to go with cricket wireless first and look at your options

BTW there are some sexy pretty cricket workers that are in the Aurora area mostly over by the Aurora Mall and also in the in the Aurora Mall as well so I would say go to Aurora first and then go further north or west but cricket is where you want to be at there are some hot ladies that do work at cricket company so definitely bingo bingo bingo???

I brought some friends in who had traveled from Portland Oregon and they needed some adjustments done on their phone to work properly here the lady was very very helpful and we got out of there fast t h e y r e problems solved HOWEVER IFyou are an UBER driver and in Denver Colorado do yourself a favor and don't even consider using a cricket because you will lose way more money than you save as you will be going through many of Denver's dead cell service areas all day long and have to restart your phone you will lose money consistently go with the best service in the Denver area that service is Verizon and I still have trouble once or twice a day but it's not 8 or 10 times on the other hand Cricket service back in Portland Oregon is fantastic and I recommend Cricket Wireless in that City

I visited the store here in Englewood Monique assisted me in purchasing a new phone and transferring my apps she did a fantastic job very courteous very polite and very helpful I recommend everybody to come to this store.

I was here last week and these people are awesome. Ms Alondra helped me with all my questions and the phone accessories which I needed. Great customer service was the cherry on the cake!

I couldnt get the phone i wanted due to account issues. The manager found another store with the phone i wanted and then when it didnt work at the otherstore she held it for me till we could fix the account issues. <3 above and beyond yo!
