The day I came to buy boots, there was a little issue/misunderstanding about a voucher. However, the woman working there gave me fantastic service. She helped find the right pair of boots. I love my boots and they are so comfortable. The next day I went back to get the voucher part fixed. Overall, great and friendly service. Thank you.

Went 30 minutes before close, found out the boots I have loved for 3 years are being discontinued and replaced with an undesirable boot, but Miss DeeDee helped me by looking up nationwide stores that still have the boots in stock and helped as much as she could all while working close to closing time. Great store in my book!
