CVS PHARMACY visit was delightful and pleasant. Got what I needed and the staff was very nice, I appreciate their hospitality.

I went to the Minute Clinic at a CVS in Frisco. 2 young nurses spoke w me to find the best solution for my situation. One of them called me TWICE the following day to check on me. She ended up calling my regular pharmacy and took care of a big deal for me, when I know that was not a requirement from her. Above and beyond is an understatement. Genuine caring is rare these days. I am grateful, extremely. You’re a hero..♥

The service I received was nothing short of heroic! I was traveling on business and needed medication urgently; and was unable to leave the meeting I traveled to Frisco to attend. My physician struggled to get the prescription out, then sent it to the wrong location! Despite the fact that Shweta Jaggi was very busy serving other customers she stayed with me on this difficult journey, transferred my prescription to her store, and then got very creative about delivering it to me. I have never experienced such compassionate, professional service and am incredibly grateful. I’m so fortunate that Shweta was on the other end of the line when I called.

The pharmacy was very patient and helpful today/tonight, both on the phone and in person, when Dr. failed to send prescription multiple times. Once the prescription was finally sent, they got it filled quickly.

The young lady working tonight was so sweet and helpful! She showed me a feature on the cvs app that I never knew about and it will save me so much time now that I know about it! Very nice. This is my fave store in the DfW area!

The pharmacists and staff at this store continue to be top rated by me. I deal with them frequently since my husband requires a significant number of medications. If a prescription has an especially high copay, I am always alerted before the prescription is filled. Commonly the team finds and applies coupons that lower the cost. The only time I have to wait on medications or supplies is associated with specialty items that any pharmacy would only order when requested by a customer.

Because my insurance carrier informed me about 3 years ago that Walgreens was a preferred pharmacy, I felt I had to begin doing business with Walgreens. I reluctantly moved my business from this CVS to the store at Main and Teel. After dealing with that store’s policies, pharmacists and staff for over 1.5 years, I had all prescriptions transferred back to this CVS. I didn’t care if Walgreens was a preferred pharmacy by my insurance - they were definitely not preferred by me. As it turns out, CVS is no more expensive than what I was paying at Walgreens.

I am always greeted with a friendly smile, regardless of how busy the store happens to be. The pharmacists I commonly deal with, Sydney and Rex, bend over backwards to assist with anything I need. I am always sure to treat the team how I would want to be treated. We all know that goes a long way. Regardless of who you’re dealing with or where you are.

My wife and I came to the clinic to get our flu shots. We were helped by Bina. There were other people present for other appointments as well. She helped all the people and even stayed extra, as we were the last people, to give us our flu shots. She was very sweet, patient-centric and pleasant to interact with. Very professional service. Thanks, Bina!

I was in the store this afternoon looking for some cold medicine and a humidifier for my daughter. A concierge by the name of Farah helped me find the right medicine and a great deal on a humidifier. Keep up the good work and customer service.

People just like to complain, Five stars for the store (Thanks for the ice on Christmas day).
