Miss Tuesday and Miss Dee have amazing customer service! Also they have the store looking amazing! These ladies have such talent with how well organized the store is. We were able to find exactly what we needed thanks to their organization! Also super sweet ladies! Shop here for sure !

Allie had the best customer service I have ever seen in a Goodwill. She was extremely professional and accommodating! She asked if I wanted anything put away in the bag separately and was so friendly and upbeat. She needs a raise!!!

This was my first time thrifting and I'm sooooo glad I chose The Warwick location! The cashier, Alley, was simply amazing and and a true joy! She immediately noticed that I had never thrifted before, and literally walked me through everything on the process of shopping and pricing. She even did a great job of helping me stay within my budget at the register. The store is very lucky to have her and her manager was very kind and accommodating as well. The store was extremely organized and clean. I found everything I needed and then some and I will definitely be back. I’m so excited I found a new place to shop with amazing deals and great customer service!

My go to donation center for any gently used items I no longer need. I also enjoy perusing their selection of items donated by other members of the community.

The donation center drop off is a drive through, they keep bins outside for you to drop off your items, and if you want a tax deductible receipt for your donations you can ask the worker there by the drop off for one.

It's good to donate any unused items instead of throwing them away; some people may need what you consider to be trash. Always donate or recycle what you can!

We had a very good experience at the Goodwill. Ally was extremely helpful in assisting us to find the needed items. She was courteous, professional, and truly an asset to the Goodwill team.

Very friendly staff and really good prices! This is one of my favorite thrift stores. They price things fairly and always keep the store clean. The staff has always been super friendly and kind.

I love this place for clothes! I love that they are organized first by type then by color. I’ve found 2 long dresses here that I’ve worn to weddings and a beautiful silk jacket that looked like it had never been worn ever!

Very nice selection of merchandise. Store is extremely clean and well kept.
The people that work here are absolutely the nicest people. I feel that the items are reasonably priced, parking is great. I feel very safe in this store especially during Covid. They have asked you to start wearing a mask again which is fine by me. I've found many treasures here.

Updating once again to give Robin a shout out too! I had a lot of bulky items that didn't fit conveniently into bags, but she thought on her feet, and asked for just the right amount of input from me, and the experience overall was just so pleasant! Like bonding with a new friend.

I'm revisiting this review to add a fifth star because I've made a few recent visits, and the staff has been so extremely helpful and chill, especially Tuesday and Mary. (And sorting by color isn't such an unusual thing anymore I suppose)

Otherwise amazing in every way........but clothes aren't sorted by size, which was really frustrating. I didn't browse as much as I wanted because I'd have had to go through their entire store instead of being able to find the section of clothes that fits me.

Had an incredible experience yesterday with this Goodwill. Found amazing pieces and the customer care went above and beyond. I found groupings of long stem florals that added up to a very pricey ticket so I asked a manager if they’d consider doing a lower pricing when bought as a large group. She not only did that for me— she gave me an incredible deal that put me in shock. “Really?!” I was so grateful and made sure she knew it. Made my day and I’m so glad I stopped... lucky day! Thank you so much!
