An employee named Jasmine Keefer helped me alot and was really nice to me with greetings and everything else. She really is the example of happy and friendly that every store employee throughout America should follow.

I love kroger!!! Friendly staff, stocked shelves, starbucks inside....plenty of registers. Always a good experience!

I just visited this location for the first time since I moved to Alabama and I've gotta say, it was one of the MOST enjoyable shopping experiences I've ever had. Everyone in the store was smiling and greeted you with a warm Good Morning. The man in the Blazer whom U believe was management was very chipper and spoke like he'd known me for years. Plus the young lady in the floral department was just absolutely wonderful!! I wish I'd have gotten her name just so I could recognize her personally. Even the folks in the background I didn't speak with were HAPPY. I could hear them smiling and laughing having conversations. All the way to the people I walked past in the parking lot. EVERYONE was happy. It's so rare these days to experience these types of things and I'll never go to another Kroger but this one. No matter how far out of my way it ever becomes. Outstanding!

Walmart grocery pick up delivery either didn't show up or canceled my order at the last minute 5 times! Not to mention long wait times. My friend told me about Kroger! The whole process was flawless! No wait either! You have a new customer!

I can't say how nice it is, especially right now, to be able to order groceries and have the delivered to me within an hour. Sense of urgency is typically very high at this location. I was there today grocery shopping! Best experience ever Inside this store, but I never really had a bad one. But today what stuck out was everyone was so kind especially a man named “Mike” I believe! I was looking for jambalaya and it was on the shelves. Mike was there and he helped me look. It wasn’t there so I said I’d come back when they were done but He found it and then found me which was above & beyond of what he had to do!! Please keep him around! With customer service like his I’ll keep coming to this location and I live in Harvest. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Also, I was thanked several times for shopping here! That’s amazing…

To me, this is a smaller size Kroger, but it is always clean and well stocked. This store has regular checkout and self checkout. The cashiers and baggers are friendly.

I do the click list for convenience and it is really helpful to save me time. If they are out of stock, they automatically find you a substitution if you want one. The produce they pick is always perfect. The store itself is incredibly clean and easy to maneuver. I love their wine selection.

We recently moved from out of state and have had two good experiences here. Everyone is friendly, the pharmacy was quick with getting our order ready, and all the items we wanted were in stock.

I straight up stole someone's cart on accident in the produce section on 2/7/2021 around 4pm. If you are reading this, I am profusely sorry (and a bit amused). I think it might have been a blond lady that was struggling with opening a bag for apples but I am not sure. I didn't realize it until I got to the checkout and about 3 quarters of the way into scanning I started pulling items out of my cart that I didn't put in. I am lucky that there was no wallet or purse in that cart or it could have gotten ugly. This Kroger is kept clean and the staff are always very friendly. I apologize to the store staff as well if it caused issues to you later.

I LOVE my neighborhood Kroger!!! They have the freshest produce and seafood everyday. The aisles are always stocked with everything I need. It says a lot when the staff recognizes you and welcomes you back each time. My kids love the complimentary bananas. It helps our trips go a bit smoother. The app/valued customer program is definitively where it's at. On average I save at least $5 per visit. Today I saved $20!!! The fuel points are an added bonus. I'm a Kroger customer for life.

I really like this Kroger. I don't go to this one much, only when I am over that way. Everytime I have been though it is always so clean and well stocked. The people are very friendly too. Great prices, sales, and my Kroger Plus coupons helps save me a lot of money. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located right off Wall Triana, gas station always clean with very bright lights, coffee shop in the grocery store. Store is always clean, with ENOUGH employees to assist you. Their fresh seafood department is extremely helpful and I love the flavored steaming for shrimp. The store seems to always be stocked and I've never been turned down for a rain check request

Very nice store. I've always liked Kroger and often go to a different location but happened to be in this area and needed a few things so I went in. Very glad I did. Great selection and very open, upscale feel. This may be my new favorite grocery store!
