The Manager of the Molly Mutt I Thrift Shop on Merritt Island needs some lessons on customer curtesy. I made a back door donation this afternoon, the second in recent weeks, and while the girl that works the front is always so customer friendly, the manager who works the back, again this second time donation, was about as friendly and happy as a soaking wet cat. To whom it may concern, please take note of this. Thank you.

I dropped off donation items and the lady made me feel like I was inconveniencing her! She told me the next time I brought in items to put them in smaller bags so older people like herself could manage them easier. She said “You’re going to have to carry them to the back.” I actually asked where she wanted them and carried them back to where she needed them. I dropped off a couple of really expensive dresses because I love animals and felt like I was helping them. What an awful experience.
