The gentlemen that helped me was superb! He was patient, knowledgeable and has excellent multi-task skills. I was really impressed with how he assisted several customers at one time. I am very pleased with the service I received and will continue to use this facility for any other items products or services that may come up in the future.

Hadn't upgraded my phone in like 10 years. Benjamin was so helpful, didn't didn't try to upsell me was very helpful and listen to what I use my phone for and helped me make the right decision

Was having some connections issues with my Android. Kali helped and did what she could in the store to get it going again. Unfortunately I ended up needing a new phone and Kali once again helped me to get it all info transferred and up in running in now time.

I had an excellent customer service experience. Several days ago I have lost my daughter to a hit-and-run driver as she was crossing the street in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. My phone was very old and needed to be replaced. I dropped it a few minutes earlier and the screen was gone. I panicked and immediately went to the nearest Verizon location. Much anxiety my mind was not clear, I back up on an external hard drive on my MacBook Pro in addition to cloud storage. I sat down with tears, running out of my eyes, I explain to her the circumstances and my fears of losing this information. I could see the distress in her face, the area manager stepped in to help.She composed herself and relieved the manager. The excellent customer service began. She listened to my needs, clearly explained the plan options, accessories for the phone, card ect, and told me what my total cost were. She told me to come back in about an hour and the phone will be ready.I arrived she made sure I had all my components and asked if there were any more questions.

I went in this AM and A very nice young man helped me his name is Mike , so very knowledgeable, with abundance of patience and glad he had patience to answer all my questions and was very helpful not only he helped me with a damaged phone but he also explained about a special going on and now I have a iPad!! Glad he informed me of the deals going on , I was dreading having to go in thinking how long will I have to wait , he helped me right away and it was quick
So I would like to inform your company that Mike was Awesome and he is an Asset to your company !
I would also like to let you know my morning wasn’t going as plan , a caregiver & recently lost my mom and Mike could see I had A lot going on even brought me a bottle of water and Kleenex! WOW!! He was raised by some wonderful parents

Customer service was great! The guys there answered my questions and I went for one thing and came out with a new iphone14. They helped with making sure my phone plan was right for me! That was my first time visiting that location, I definitely would visit again in the future! Shout out to Ben (manager) and the new guy training that night!
