The manager provided great Customer service and insight on what to purchase.

Went looking for a specific MIB Pop figure. Although they didn't have it here they quickly located one at the nearest store. They reserved it for me and I was able to go to the other store and pick it up. Great customer service

I don't really do reviews ever but I just want to say that Rachel and her co worker (male but I didn't get his name but he had a necklace that said "Jasmine" were super awesome, super cool people. I was having a bad day and their excellent customer service really lifted my spirits. They're patient, informed, cheerful and they love veterans! I wish them much success- they're too nice to work at GameStop. (This is a fake name btw)

Stopped by to check out the inventory of used games and found exactly what I was looking for. The only employee was more then helpful finding the best used game there was in stock. They got everything you need or want when it come to gaming. From new and used games and consoles to cool toys to gift cards come in to grab your goodies 😀

The managers of this store are super Kool, one of my favorite locations to go to and I also see some of these employees here at my second favorite location in Spectrum. Thank you guys for always helping me with ALL my crazy gamers.

Went recently, and there was this particular guy, who knew how to juggle advertising and being the gatekeeper for my game. Not overly salesman happy, (Us gamers know the type. Want to add this 40$ item that has absolutely no relevancy to your purchase?) Nor did he make it awkward when I politely declined. I appreciated that, made decent conversation, makes me believe in a good atmosphere at gamestop again.

It was a friendly environment despite the COVID-19 regulations which they keep with every customer that enters the door for the safety of the customers and the employees. Truly appreciate the help they provided and th friendly attitude.

I wish I would have asked for both of their names because both employees were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable AND made sure to "upsell" and to let me know that I could go to Gamestop.com and have a larger selection of games (I have a PS3) and have them sent straight to me. My cashier was Arturo. His coworker was a tiny gamer chic. Great job guys!!!

I've shopped at most of the GameStops in the whole city of Tucson, and this is my favorite location by a landslide. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They're incredibly accommadating and helpful. They even go out of their way when I'm in search of something specific. Awesome staff, awesome GameStop.

Simply the best GameStop location in Tucson, Az!! The whole customer service team is amazing, Nick, Michaela, Adrián, they always make me feel welcome and appreciated, and help me in every possible way, they have such great attitude, is contagious!! They really take care of their customers...I like going there for all my videogaming needs, even just to say hi.

Always willing to help out. They help me find whatever game I am looking for. They are all very nice people and don't treat u like ur just another random person.

Just so it is notated and well documented. I had to go through a learning curve here when I first started at the store. I did have a couple accicdents as I was learning. Now I am Senior Game Advisor with the experience under my belt, and I do my utmost and best to take care of my store and my customers. Unfortunately there are rare times when not every customer gets what they want. Especially in regards to Microsoft, PSN, or NSW Currency/Beta codes. If theres an error on our part we at the 2929 store location will make it right ;) I am truly sorry your experience turned out as you say Sean Parker. However lets try an not sour the experience for others just because yours wasnt the best. My store including myself and staff are amazing and we want and welcome your buisness. Come on in and find out for yourselves :)

By far my favorite GameStop. Always find something and Nick is the man! He's a good dude and always helpful. The rest of the staff is awesome too.

Loved it bought my first Ninetendo Wii with games that i've always wanted since it first came out so after all these years it's nice to know you can still get one and at a good price right now so hurry in four games for ten dollars so again hurry won't last forever people lol you won't regret it i promise you!!
