AT&T Store

My family and I were just at this location yesterday, and we dealt with the assistant store manager (whose name I forgot, unfortunately) and a new guy named Romeo. Both of them had such amazing customer service skills, and both were very helpful. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Great company, great workers.

Romeo was professional, knowledgeable and very professional. He made the experience easy and fun. Would definitely return to him for future phone related inquiries. Awesome job

I am giving this location a perfect rating based solely on the customer service. Mario and the team were the most helpful, informative, and patient salespeople I have ever met. My overall experience would have been so much better if the AC was working. And on top of that, I noticed it was broken for a week (maybe more) now. I was already profusely sweating while upgrading my phone and then had to endure that again when I did my trade-in the following week. I hope this location fixes the AC because not only will it drive customers away, it’s not right to leave the team working in that unbearable heat.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. The two gentlemen that helped me were helpful, informative and kind. They helped me resolve a complex problem quickly and thoroughly. The manager was also awesome and the experience couldn’t have gone better. Something that I thought would be very stressful went smoothly thanks to the excellent staff at this store. 🙌

We just want to say that this was the most helpful AT&T store we have ever visited. We visited the store this morning. We had an unusual situation with one of the phones on our company plan and Jennifer was wonderful. She helped us through the whole process of buying a new phone and setting it up. We are very grateful and will return for all our phone needs. Thank you, Jennifer! If I could give her more than five stars, I would.

I Came in to the store to get help with issues I was having on my account “I was ready to leave AT&T” I had been to 4 different stores and on hold with customer care countless hours! John greeted me at the door and while i was so frustrated even with me yelling at him, he said “don’t worry let’s fix this “ after 30 minutes with John I was able to get all my issues resolved and even walked out with a new phone !! Thank you John and to the store manager and owners ! This store is amazing and I recommend going here and asking John, he is very caring and compassionate

Excellent service at Hamlin ATT store. Walked in at 630pm on a Monday evening and Jennifer M was the most patient, friendly, and professional sales representative. She was multitasking at first with another customer but did it with such grace and knowledge. She was also in the middle of some work related tasks but put that aside for us. Even getting close to store closing, she went out of her way to further assist us acting as if she had unlimited time for us. Highly recommend this store and Jennifer’s knowledge and expertise.

I came in yesterday to get my phone replaced. John was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. I was and still am very happy with the overall service provided and couldn't recommend this store enough.

I just realized I put my review on the wrong Store ...Jennifer Muhvich at this store is awesome !! She took great care of my daughters new iPhone 13 a few months back and got us a good deal...there are some things that she has no control of but that just AT&T and not them at the store level,but she will give you the right information on who to contact ..we have been here a few times and we always get well taken care of by her..Thanks Jennifer Muhvich hope to see you soon ..Happy Holidays!!

I want to rave about the excellent service I received at this store! The manager Jarred, Wesley and Jennifer were all great and went above and beyond to get us the best deal on our plan and new phones! Their Customer Service really made the difference, I highly recommend them!

John was great and very professional. He ordered the phones and watches. It came in a week and when we got there after notifying us the activation was quick. Ask for John when you go.
