I’m visiting from PA, dropped my phone in the toilet at Magic Kingdom and totally fried it. Chris + Shamar + Chris2 had me set up with a brand new phone and on my way back to the parks relatively quick and painlessly. So friendly and hospitable and made a stressful vacation situation so much easier

My wife and I stopped by this Verizon location today and had a great experience. We were helped by Richard and he did an amazing job. We had a lot of questions about multiple different quotes and plans, and he answered every single one of them. He was extremely helpful and very pleasant to interact with. We ended up not purchasing a new plan, but were still so appreciative of the time Richard took to explain everything to us. He was not mad at all, but was very understanding and respectful. If we ever need any future help we will definitely be back to speak with Richard!

DJ was so helpful and patient with us. Spoke to us in a real manner. She was understanding and relatable as well as professional and tolerating us while we didn’t know what we were walking into :)

It was a wonderful experience! There were only two representatives but they greeted all the customers upon entering and informed them that they will assist them as soon as they can. In spite of being majorly busy, both Ajay and the other representative handled everything with friendliness and professionalism. My appointment took longer than expected (no fault to the representatives since they were already assisting others at the time of the appointment) but Ajay made the process of me transferring to Verizon and getting my new phone seamless which was much appreciated!

We had an excellent experience with Ajay this morning. We were early, he opened on time and took our questions right away. He was able to provide accurate information about our options which lead to us making the best decision for us. Excellent customer service. Would work with him again.

Keith is a gem!!! He was patient and took his time updating my husband’s new phone and getting him all set up. He went above and beyond when we had issues with the iCloud backup on his old phone and made sure we were able to import everything to the new phone! Highly recommend this location and Keith for great customer service!

Ajay was extremely helpful throughout the process, and was very thorough and informative when explaining the prices of different plans, the benefits of the 5G plan and more. By far the most easy hassle free experience I've had buying a phone

Great experience. Knew what I wanted when I went in but still had a few questions which they professionally answered. No attempt to over sell. Got a good promotion that I wasn't expecting. They set up my phone for me. Overall a pleasant experience.
