I'd like to thank Henry and Mike for their time today. For a new HAM with a lot of questions, they were patient and very helpful in providing valuable knowledge. With Henry's guidance and expertise I was able to get all the required parts and accessories needed for my first setup which is up and running. I bought items from them when I called them on the phone. They were always helpful in answering questions. I haven't been to the store in person yet.

After viewing the YouTube video of this location I knew right then that this was the place to go for my radio needs. If you have any questions they will answer them and not make you feel small. When I left I knew I made the right decision in my purchase and will definitely continue to make future purchases in the future. Anything over $100 is free shipping.

Went to the store before taking my exams. Peter was professional and courteous. Knows his stuff and made several suggestions for equipment I may need when licensed. Having passed I went back and had the same experience. This time with a few less dollars in my pocket when I left. Taking my general next week. I will be going back. 73.

Greeted coming in the door. My wife was offered a place to sit and a bottle of water. Helpful employees let me shop and were right there to be helpful when needed. A nice store.

Very friendly staff and good prices on ham radio gear.

I needed to replace my OCF dipole, I gave ham radio outlet a quick call and they verified it was in stock. I took off and purchased it right away.. I installed the antenna the next day and there was a problem. I gave the factory a call and they told me it was a balun problem. I called ham radio outlet and Henry told me no problem bring it back and he would replace it. I Picked up the replacement antenna the following day and installed it and I was back on the air!

I ordered two radios from them at the Orlando Hamcation last week and i got to tell you I was surprised how fast they shipped them out. I received both radios 2 days later. John was very helpful when ordered them. He was friendly and professional. With all the people trying to ask questions and buy and ordered it was a mad house but he was cool and helped everyone with a smile.

This store is fantastic! Any and all things about ham radio and citizens band radio is available simply for the asking. I was in the store several times before I actually purchased anything and was treated with courtesy and respect throughout all my visits. I eventually did buy a CB radio and some accessories. I will return to this store for more equipment as time goes on and as I expand my radio capabilities. Please visit these people they are fantastic and can help you with your radio requirements whatever they may be pertaining to ham radio and citizens band radio.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Kevin from HRO Orlando on two recent purchases, one was with a used FTDX-3000 and most recently the purchase of SDRPlay RSPdx, not only was Kevin a pleasure speaking with but his knowledge and customer service is beyond reproach. Kevin is an asset to HRO and sets the bar as far as customer service goes, after each purchase, Kevin even took the time to call me and make sure that I was happy with the products. Almost anything you will need for amateur radio and cb. Guys are very knowledgeable and won't push stuff on you that you don't need.

I drove 100 miles to get help with an HF antenna. I had great help from Bob and I brought my antenna home and set it up and my first contact within 10 minutes was Moscow! I could not be any happier! It was my first HF contact.
