WOW! WOW! PERFECTION! This Publix is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! The layout took some getting used to but the service was unmatched! Literally, there was help and smiling faces at every corner! Placed in a SUPER convenient location! It even has a SECOND FLOOR to eat and hang out during a lunch break! Love it! WELL DONE PUBLIX 👏🏽. Well done.

Adriana and Tina at the deli speak 3 languages. Excellent, Customer, Service. Hard to come across these days. Deli sandwiches are the best I’ve had in years. This location has a hot bar for additional choices and self check out. Near Disney. Place to sit and eat inside too.

Brand new store and I was there on opening day. It was packed and this store will be a screaming success right out of the gate. It is the newer prototype with the upstairs dining and detached deli "island."

This Publix boasts a unique layout, setting it apart from the typical stores in the chain. What I appreciated most was the abundance of self-checkout lanes, which made my shopping quick and convenient. It's worth noting that it can get a bit crowded after 5 pm, but this is clearly a much-needed addition to our community. Overall, I'm impressed with the innovation and convenience this Publix offers, and I'll definitely be a regular shopper here.

At Waterleigh Publix, shopping truly is a pleasure. The staff in its opening days have been welcoming to residents, kind in every way, helpful and accommodating. With spooky season soon upon us I was looking for a pumpkin spice creamer for my coffee (Don't judge me. :P ) And made an aside comment to the dairy stocker that I was hoping to find the aforementioned item. Not only was he just about to stock it, but he grabbed a fresh crate of the creamer and opened it just for me. It really made my day to have someone help me like that. I have several stories of team members at this Publix showing kindness to guests, but needless to say, this is a lovely neighborhood Publix with a real connection to its community.

UPDATE 2/29/2024. No better place to get a great sub or wrap. Everyone at the counter does a great job. I'm vegetarian and today they recommended their meatless turkey which was great! I'll be purchasing that meatless turkey product and sub again. Great job Publix!

Wonderful new store with a great layout. The super friendly and helpful staff is what makes this location fantastic and hope that attitude remains.

We decided to stop at the Waterleigh Publix location on our way home. The store is laid out differently than our local Publix, as this store has a second floor area where shoppers can eat their lunch purchased their. Items were in different areas than we were used to, but the staff was very helpful in showing us where to find the items we needed. One stock person offered to check in the back for something when he noticed the shelves were empty. Each employee we encountered was extremely friendly.

Great new store layout. Circular deli, sushi, Ramen, and cheese. Stocked very neatly. Salad and hot food bar with upstairs seating. Great new addition.

Brand new! Great place for picking up what you need. SURPRISINGLY, my grand children wanted to eat lunch there...they each selected what they wanted from the prepared foods section (the hot foods line was longer). One child chose sushi, another chose chicken and Mac n cheese, 2 sisters shared a container of popcorn chicken and a side of Mac and cheese, and I spotted some delicious lasagne. We checked out at the self check and went upstairs to a lovely dining area with microwave, knapkins, eating utensils, and a large sink. The view over the store, and out the large sunny windows, was nice. All were happy with their food selections. Oh, and I coveniently picked up a couple of grocery items while there. Was a double win!

I loved the entire crew here. Daily visitor. Love this new store. Thank you for all the kind team members whobwork here. Love seeing every always. Great shopping experience whenever I go.

Super nice and new Publix. I ran into the store with 15 minutes until closing to grab something quickly and every employee was so kind and welcomed me in. Definitely will be back to this location.

Omg, this Publix has two floors . On the first floor there is the store & has a buffet. On the second floor you can take stairs or the elevator. They have a dine in area like a restaurant you can either eat there or take it to go . There is a sink to wash your hands, two restrooms, both male & female. This is the best Publix I've ever walked in.

AMAZING!!! After recently having a horrible customer service experience at the Waterleigh WalMart I felt compelled to write a review for the new Publix. My mom had ordered something and was told it would be delivered after a certain time. My mom went to the store after that time to find out that delivery truck was delayed and would not get in until later that night so my Mom decided shebwould just have to wait to pick it up the next day. She was disappointed because she needed the product to cook something that night. That evening around 8PM there was a knock at the door. It was one of the Publix employees delivering what she ordered and they gave it to her free of charge!!!! This literally blew my mind. It is an Employee like that who deserves to be in a management position. He clearly understands the importance of great customer service. My only regret is that I don't remember his name as he deserves to be recognized. Kudos to Public for hiring such dedicated employees. I will definitely patronize them more than Walmart moving forward.

Love having a Publix here now. Great atmosphere, lots of self-checkout options, good store setup. They have a whole hot food selection and a second floor eating area, with big windows that bring a lot of natural light into the store

I love this Publix. It’s super clean and organized and everyone is always SO nice here and helpful, especially a tall man with dreads named Ethan, Or Eaton..(sp?) He always is so nice and goes out of his way to help me find things or get things off the shelf that I can’t reach and I really appreciate that. There’s also a woman named Bayee in the deli who is so nice and friendly.

Very clean, friendly and beautiful atomsphere. The lounging on the second floor is my favorite for brunch!! 😃
