Huge CVS location with tons of toiletries, general items, food, drinks, and more. Cashier and store staff were very friendly. Check-out was quick despite how busy this location gets being in such close proximity to Disney. Will return next time in Kissimmee.

Xavier was an awesome dude. He was more knowledgeable than even the store manager. They are lucky to have him. It's so hard to find employees who still care about there job and are professional. I'm from out of town and was pleased to meet such a smart employee working at this store. Lucky u CVS.

Very pleasant shopping experience. It began at the front door when greeted, with smiles, and “Good Afternoon, can I help you with anything?” I was directed exactly to what I needed. I noted how clean the store was and well stocked. Checkout was efficient and without a hitch. Prices were competitive.

The staff at the store were really helpful in assisting us applying for a CVS membership card so that we could buy the discount items.

Tips:

This CVS store has free wifi, so if you are on a roaming plan from an overseas carrier, you can connect their wifi to get access to the CVS online store as well.

2.
We also recommend getting your pharmacies right at the physical store instead of getting them online. For the vitamins we needed to get, the store gets a lot of stock while the online store only showed “1 item left”.

So far so good. A very clean store inside and out. Very helpful staff and management. A wide selection of products with neatly stacked shelves. Self-checkout kiosks available. Get the CVS Extra care card online or in-store for additional savings.

After getting off of a rough shift overnight, I stopped at this location because I started having car trouble. Once I realized I needed some kind of wrench or pliers to get back on the road, I went inside and an employee asked me if I needed help finding anything and lead me over to the tools and asked what I needed it for, so I explained. He started to caution me to be careful, but ultimately told me to go ahead and pay, then he would meet me outside and help me figure things out. He was very kind, caring and helpful and I genuinely can't express how much I (and my mother who was on the phone haha) appreciate his time and effort to help make sure I was safely back on the road so I could make it to my brother's shop. If anything defines positive customer service and experience, this man surely did and I'm so upset that I forgot to ask for his name so I could properly thank him again in this review, but I believe he was leaving as he came to ask if I needed help!

The staff at this CVS was particularly helpful. I was able to find my items quickly. Christopher was very curteous, friendly and helpful making eye contact during checkout. He was above and beyond to make my experience positive and made my day even brighter.

Nice clean store with helpful staff. I was visiting, and needed some beverages. I was on my way to the gas station, and decided to stop in here. I am happy that I did.

The store manager went over and beyond customer service. He replaced my Walker cane bottom piece and for that I greatly appreciate it.

As a visitor to Kissimmee it was very helpful that Seyvon was at the entrance greeting people as they walked in. He asked if I needed help finding something right off the bat. I indeed needed to get in and out quickly! Thank you, Seyvon!

Just need to give 5 stars to Basil for outstanding customer service. He was so amazing, I came in in a mini crisis and he was just so helpful. Really went above and beyond to help me get what I needed.

I went in looking for a specific drink today and was told it wasn’t there then a very helpful member off staff (Gregory) took the time to show me all the possible locations and places I could go so big thanks to him 👍
