I wanna give special thanks to NAEEM for been so humble and kind. He greeted us with such a beautiful smile. Excellent service. Next vacation I won’t think twice and I would shop at this gift store. I found everything I needed and more. It was hard to get out ‘cause you want to keep buying stuff. 😅

We came in and we were instantly welcomed kindly by Naeem, we were having a bum night and as he checked us out he made nice small talk and even thanked my mother happy birthday, best customer service!! Cant wait to come in tomorrow!!

On Sunday we visited the store before they closed to buy gifts for our family. Everyone helped us get what we needed and treated us very well. All the employees even though they were tired gave us an excellent service. Naeem took great care of us and with a smile during our visit. One thing that could be improved would be to put more Mulan and Pocahontas merchandise. I hope they open a store in Puerto Rico with excellent employees like them. Many thanks for everything.

Very good experience at this store today. The store was well stocked, organized and clean. Naeem was awesome and so helpful. We had a lot of stuff in our hands and he brought over a basket Which was super helpful. We are visiting from up North and we wanted to get souvenirs for our family, this is the place to go! They have everything you may want to give for a souvenir.
Would come here again and again for my shopping needs/ souvenirs when in FL! :)

Really friendly staff! The store is very large with a lot of merchandise, AND prices way cheaper than Disney, I picked up clothes for my young nephews and nieces, as well as gifts for my family and paid less than many nearby stores were selling for. Went twice during our trip to Orlando! Their ceramic merchandise was very pretty and made very good gifts to coffee lovers and soup bowls were perfect for the fall season where we come from. Would definitely stop by on our next vacation here! They even had luggage and neck pillows(which my husband found comfortable) for the long ride back home.

Tourist here! This store is awesome! Naeem (Assistant Manager) is very sweet and the clerks were helpful as well.

Naeem was so Kind and Extreamly Helpful. We will definately visit this gift shop on our next vacation. The prices were a lot more inexpensive then the last store we visited and so much more variety. Will definately recomend to our Family & Friends!!!

My family and I recently visited Bargain World in Kissimmee Florida. This is a normal stop for us when visiting from Chicago. This store allows us to fulfill all of our Disney needs without the Disney prices. It’s a great establishment with very helpful employees. I am particularly grateful for the owner who goes above and beyond his duties to fully fulfill the needs of his customers. This store is great for its wide range of assortments; I would highly recommend this store if you are in or near Orlando.

We had been up and down 192 and couldn't find any gifts worth buying. We decided to make one last attempt at bargain world. We hit the jackpot and were able to purchase what we were looking for. Naeem was so helpful and friendly. Id highly recommend shopping here. Naeem was the best all around employee..thank you Naeem!!

I had an emergency situation where my niece needed shoes. I came right before closing and Naeem graciously opened the door and let me grab some Crocs for her. He was so kind and patient.

AMAZING!!!! As a travel agent customer service is so important to me. I called from Ohio to gave a gift delivered to a hotel a client was staying at in Kissimmee. So helpful!! They helped pick out something adorable and text me when it was delivered to the hotel front desk!!! Highly recommended!!!

So I needed a new piece of luggage to haul all of the stuff we bought on vacation home in but really didnt know what size bag would work ,the manager on duty was supper helpful and let us bring all the stuff in the store to find the smallest but best bag for us,,he really saved the day as we were running out of time and really wanted a bag that we could carry on the plane..anyway he was very nice and the samsonite bag we bought was sturdy at a good price!!!
