Received the best customer service from Jonas! I’m so glad we were able to get help from Jonas he’s an excellent employee. He went above and beyond in his job to assist. He’s your man if you need anything done.

This actually my go to home improvement store. They always have everything I need for my home improvement project. Clean, well stocked and organized. A little tough to find someone to answer questions but not impossible. Staff seems knowledgeable and friendly.

Andrew & Jose from the paint department were super helpful. Serena from the garden section was also very helpful.
Great Customer Service!

I was picking up step 1 paver base, and the staff went out of their way to locate extra bags that were not on the shelf. Easy in and out, people ready to help load. My only disappointment was that they don't offer tool rental at my location.

Great customer service thanks to Brian who work at the Behr paint area. His assistant with helping me match a paint for my parents house was excellent cause only thing we had was a old paint pan and he match the perfect color for the one we had. Thanks in a bunch and keep up the good work.

Associates are very helpful. The place is well organized and stocked to the roof, literally. Every time I go there I enjoy it.

Went to Lowes, Ace, Locksmith, another Home depot to get a key made. Everyone said , “ Sorry that looks like a mail key , we can’t do it”
It is not a mail key , it is for a lock on my slider. Today, I asked Jonas , in the key department , if he could cut me a key. He grabbed the key and said, “lets give it a try.”

Machine matched it perfectly and I took it home . The key worked as it should on my door.

Big shout out to Jonas for not turning me away, like so many others , thank you so much!!

I talked to/ worked with Edwin R. He was working outside at the "booth" where he went over a lot of great information and when I had questions about an item in the store, he offered to assist! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant!

Had a couple of items delivered by Reynaldo Santos. This guy was great very hard working and extremely polite.

Used to only shop at Lowes, but Home Depot has things Lowes doesn't, and employees seem to know a lot about the products they sell. Clean store and friendly staff. I'll be stopping by more often.

As usual, I found everything that I needed and got help at the automated checkout even though I don't like that style of register.

I have to say it's probably one of my most favorite stores account Lowe's does not have anything on these guys love this place. They have had everything I've ever wanted and every tool I could ever imagine. I know now where I'm going to start buying my tools. Once again. LOVE IT !!!!!!!........

I am not a home improvement gal by any means so I’m usually dragged here by my parents or my husband. Nevertheless, I do want to say that the customer service here is excellent. I interacted specifically with Ron who helped us with our roofing estimate and he was such a pleasure to work with. He noticed that my mom was a little tired and offered her his chair, his demeanor was so calm, and he was just so wonderful. I also spilled my coffee all over the floor and a few employees cleaned it up and told me not to worry. Had to share!

Had a Grill delivered by Reynaldo Santos. And was 100$ pleased with this young man’s effort..

Typical home hardware store. Most the staff is pretty knowledgeable. Had a few minor instances where had to get someone else but think it was just someone new or something. Only issue I ever had was once while trying to get a large item off a shelf, it wasn't heavy but it was a large awkward box, an employee offered to help and while starting to aid me, a customer came and asked for help finding something, he just looked at me and said "It's not heavy you got it," and went to help the other customer. He saw me on my way out and smiled and nodded at me like saying good job you didn't need my help. Otherwise, store is great. Never had any issues.

Rented a truck to bring home supplies. The rental counter service reps were awesome. They helped load and held the truck while we shopped. It was the last one. We installed the first section today. Just need to go back and get more suppliea and the lattice.
