AT&T Store

Astrid helped my husband and I today switching phone company's an upgrading our phones. She was very proficient giving us the price quotes. It took some time to transfer data from phone to phone so she put the phones in back while we went to lunch. It was a very smooth transition!

Luis was AWSOME! We walked in with multiple issues, all of which AT&T online and phone customer service could not help with. Luis walk us through each issue one at a time and solved every issue for us. Although it was a busy morning and he was the store manager handling questions from other employees, he gave us 100% attention as he used his experience and wonderful customer service to solve every issue that needed attention. Luis, thank you for your experience, it is not unnoticed. The store is lucky to have your professionalism. We will be returning customers because of you.

I just wanted to thank Zeus for his help today! I was having issues with my mobile data and he quickly fixed it. This was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had with AT&T ever. Thanks again Zeus!

Great service and Cesar was even better, he is an excellent representative of AT&T, kind and also takes care of the customer requirements, I did really appreciate him on offering services that I did not had before and also going beyond on offering interesting packages with big bundles of benefits! Fast friendly people.clean store.jesus padilla the manager very knowledgeable about the plans they offer. DELSON WAS GREAT he helped us choose plans and showed us phones and we even got an extra line for my grandson.he told us to come back when the phones were delivered. They phones came fast and we returned to the store. and Devonte walked right up and got us all straighted out we even bundled the fiber internet as well.Better rates than Sprint- and T-mobile . We are so happy we switched.also Jaime was very nice.there was another man John who greeted people at the door that was so nice.this store has a great sales team that has so much confidence and they are personable. GREAT STORE FOR TO GO TO.

I walked in to this busy store before the holidays and all the reps were busy. But to my surprise I didn’t wait long, Ces assisted me in transferring a line from a damaged device to a new one. He transferred all the data and told me about their promotions, and I was able to take advantage of one. Ces is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this location!

I was at the AT&T store with a problem with my bill. They went above and beyond and help me correct the problem. I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from here. I had managers SALVADOR assist me and he was outstanding. I highly recommend this store.

Rita was the best she helped me through my watch activation and even told me about a promotion to buy one get one for a watch for my daughter. Highly recommended!

Went in here to possibly add another number to my phone and I found out that I was paying too much, so now I have two lines for a better price. The staff is friendly and they greeted me right away so there was no waiting even though the store was full.

Was very impressed at my recent visit. I came in right before store closing and was never rushed. I was taken care of I needed to find an iPad for the holidays and had to drive over an hour for a specific one. So I came there. And not only did the young lady help me but when I arrived less than 6 minutes til closing I was never rushed or felt like I was a bother for them!
