American Eagle Store

My favorite store out of all AE stores! Nino is great with helping you look for an outfit! He’s helped me on several occasions, and the main reason why I love it there. I don’t get that at any other store. Most employees don’t even go out of their way to help you or even greet you, but they all do here! It’s the little things!

Went to AE in Stonebriar center. I never had a better shopping experience or such a helpful employee at a storeThe associate Paige was so helpful and nice. She was working so hard helping and running getting all the styles and sizes for shoes everyone in the dressing rooms. she was a delight.

The store was great! Everyone was helpful! Savannah did a great job with helping us find the perfect jeans!

Hello I recently had an amazing experience with your manager Wilmarie at the Preston Rd, Frisco, TX location. Her problem solving skills were a breath of fresh air after having a horrible experience at the Galleria Dallas, TX American Eagle. I spoke to Wilmarie over the phone and she was gracious, understanding and told me to come on in and she could help.

When I got there she was honest and attentive, and told me she would make things right. That's exactly what she did. I didn't expect for her to save the day, given my horrible experience at the other location, but I am glad I had the sense to call the corporate office, where a suggestion was made to try another location. I am glad I did! Thank you so much Wilmarie for helping me. Your kindness goes beyond words. Thank you for caring enough to make things right.

The customer service at this store is fabulous!! It was definitely, for me, far superior than others. Jen was the sweetest at checkout and super helpful, as well Madi the store manager!
They also have a great selection, very well stocked.

I had a wonderful shopping experience today. Reanna was wonderful. She was so helpful and made it a pleasant experience by helping with sizing and suggestions. Great Job! Thank you.

Came in today with my 14 year old daughter who is extremely picky. Savannah helped her and was the changing factor in helping her find her style! She had a blast! She left with a great haul! So glad we came here!

I was ISO Mom jeans. I'm the mom that never buys myself anything new... single momma on a budget... where's the thrift store at?? I had never shopped at AE before.... but my daughter swears by your jeans. I wanted to treat myself to some new jeans... the 2 pairs I had (one in light and one in dark) were needing to be retired. So we headed to AE Stonebriar Mall. I am a little chunky and have the mom bod so jean shopping isn't my favorite thing to do. I wanted something that fits but stylish... I don't have a sense of style and I'm honestly not sure how to dress my age.... I'm 38... am I too old for ripped jeans?? I was staring at the wall of jeans... overwhelmed by the options. Then JEN came to my rescue. Never have I ever had a store employee offer to help me pick out jeans. She walked me through my options ... was so sweet when presenting me with the curvy selection because there is definitely junk in the trunk. She was encouraging and so helpful. We made our way to the dressing rooms where it was clean and organized. I was greeted and offered a room immediately. I overheard them offering great service to other customers while in there! I then modeled the jeans for my daughters... they were so excited about the fit and dang my butt looked so good in those jeans! Ginuwine would have agreed. After feeling like a million bucks in my first pair of curvy ripped jeans... I took them off and put on my saggy butt old navy jeans and headed to buy more! Unfortunately, they were out of my big girl size in the non-holey jeans but that's ok!! They ordered them for me and they will be delivered this week! JEN went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident. I will definitely choose AE again the next time I am in a position to spoil myself a little. I can't wait. :-)

PS I even got the jeans approval from my 13 year old daughter when I got home!!! She said I was a BADDIE! That's worth a million bucks right there. Thanks JEN and AE!!

I was in on 11/2/21 to get some jeans for myself and MK was a doll and brought me not only the jeans that I needed in a longer length, but also another color in case I needed another longer pair! She then took GREAT care of me when I checked out. Superb customer service on her part! I work at Under Armour myself and I am always looking for great customer service...MK definitely delivered!! (And the jeans are AMAZING!!)

I love this American eagle store! This location is the best. I love the customer service and friendliness. I can sense the team spirit and the inviting vibe. I will come back to this location and I highly recommend coming here. Wilmarie and the manager is amazing!

Alyssa was the absolute best! The environment overall was very friendly but she helped me the whole way from taking my bra size to helping me with bra selection! Super knowledgeable with all the questions I had honestly I’ll have to go back just for her! Could not recommend more!!!!

Went in for a jeans exchange and couldn’t find the size I needed, was willing to order and the man behind the counter actually was able to find them in-store *and* they ended up being on sale. I bought a second pair just because. Excellent customer service; this man went the extra mile and he deserves all of the raises

Great experience at American Eagle! Everyone was super sweet and helpful! Also the guy who checked me out at the registers was full of energy and complemented all my clothes I was buying that day! Will defiantly be shopping here again!

If you are headed here, you already know these guys offer a great selection of apparel.
What you really need to know is that the staff at this location is absolutely the best! I was shopping late, lost track of time. As a sales associate was helping me find an item, I checked the time. I was in the store 15 minutes past closing and they were all still very friendly, attentive, and patient.
Their signage is clear and their inventory was perfectly accurate in helping them find the last item of my size in stock.
Great Experience! Highly Recommended!
