The service at this Apple store is impeccable. Every time I have scheduled an appointment, when I arrive I am greeted by a friendly associate and handled with the utmost care.

No matter what time I go, however, they are always busy so be patient. Be prepared to wait. And definitely, be prepared to have your issue solved. I believe they do their best in servicing.

I had a genius bar appointment today! They received me very well and explained everything about my issue … but the solution options weren’t good for me… I’m keeping my brand new accidentally scratched Apple Watch Ultra 2 , bought 9 days ago! I don’t have Apple Care for the Watch! They offered me a fee of US $499,00 to get a new one!!!

I had a new problem with my Apple Watch Ultra 2 … now I’m home in Belo Horizonte Brazil!
It was shutting down and restarting unexpectedly… I took it to an Apple Official Dealer and in 4 days they replaced my watch!
Thanks to Apple for its worldwide warranty and coverage!

Hello Apple Store at Millenia Mall!

I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional professionalism demonstrated at the Apple Store I recently visited. The staff members were notably friendly and understanding. During a recent incident involving a spill, the staff exhibited great attention and promptly assisted in cleaning up the mess. Their understanding and gracious response to the situation were commendable, acknowledging it as a unintentional mistake and effectively addressing the issue. This store deserves the highest rating possible. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting and making purchases from this establishment.

Just spoke with a representative named Megan and the customer service was excellent. She was extremely nice and accommodating as well as had a great positive attitude. Within 4 minutes she had promptly answered my many questions, and given additional information to me. Definitely a 10/10 interaction!

Needed to urgently replace the battery on my iPhone. Didn't want to wait so decided to walk in w/o an appointment. The place was packed. Was out in about 3 hrs.

I've always loved this place however it's gotten so crowded you can't even walk or move it's getting a little bit ridiculous they need a larger store trying to get help is not too hard there's always an apple person close by

Shana and Cre, were very kind. However, I encountered rudeness from other staff members. Initially, I left a negative review, but I later deleted it because Shana and Cre were understanding and went out of their way to assist me when nobody else seemed bothered.

It's time to change phones for me and my wife. We decided to buy the same iPhone 13, but in a different color.
Where is the best selection in Orlando? Of course here.
But not only we think so, but many more people, so there is a queue. The organization is on top, we waited 15 minutes, we were served by a pleasant salesman Dan, very competent, polite and friendly.
We checked the compatibility of our sim cards with new phones. Everything is fine for the next 7 years, until the networks start changing parameters again. We think so.

Ben is amazing! He helped me replace my phone as it was damaged on the back. Super friendly, professional, and an expert. Thank you for taking the time to assist me with the additional 5 people you had to help. Jose is his manager and he also came over to see how I was doing with setting up my new phone after Ben left for the day. Thank you a million times over!

This location has given me the best customer service I have received out of any location I have been to. I have been to multiple Texas and Florida locations but this one, by far, is my favorite! The staff is always eager to help any time I walk in! This location is ALWAYS super busy with a ton of people, but despite that fact, even if I forget to make an appointment, they are attentive and promptly take care of me. The staff always seems to be in a good mood, making my experience even better!

On another note, I got the iPhone 14 Pro from them yesterday and could not be more content! :) Thanks Apple Millenia!

By far the nicest mall in Orlando. Also the staff at Apple Millenia are super friendly, the lady that helped me was able to help me with all of my questions and concerns. Thanks Apple for providing excellent service to your customers. 😁

What to say about the Apple Store at the Mall at Millennia?

I love this store. The associated are the best and are always willing to help.
It's best to make an appointment, if not, go and sign up while you walk around at the mall or have a meal. They will help you as much as they can. I had to get my whole MacBook reset and they helped me, no questions asked.
I hope COVID-19 times pass so we can enjoy Apple products together again.

I’m from nyc and coming here to fix my device in a timely manner was important to me . The 4 gentleman that helped me was awesome. Was accommodating to my situation and attentive. :)

Sales team are courteous and have a lot of patience. No too sales are the same. The amount of people on a Monday evening was nuts.

Always set up an appointment if possible. The store gets packed but they move quickly and are very helpful. Friendly folks also.

I need an information ! I bought my iPhone 15 in this store and I didn't receive the invoice, the purchase was made on the 25th, how do I get a duplicate of the invoice?

Came to this store location after a terrible experience at the Altamonte location. JC greeted me at the door, JC was extremely kind and quick to help. Laura then helped me with my replacement and she was super knowledgeable and fast at diagnosing and fixing problems. JC and Laura are amazing! This has to be the best location in Central Florida!
