Johnathon was the best. I called before I made the hour and half trip. He made sure to go over every detailn so when I made it there I could be in and out. I got there 2 days later and was literally there 15 mins. Thanks a lot johnathon, you rock.

The representative was very attentive, he answered all our questions about billing, we just switched from Verizon to AT&T, the pricing is similar maybe a bit more than your competitor.... He informed us of the Internet service and upcoming streaming of major I, e... NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX. When available we will be bundling all services through AT&T if price is within reason!

These guys were simply amazing, Tyson really went above and beyond the moment I walked into the store and to be honest was the reason I ended up porting over from Metro, its rare to find experiences this pleasant while looking for a new wireless service provider. Thank you! 😊

Walked in expecting it to be busy. John called me up right away. Helped me with my phone upgrade, was very friendly and personable. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything I didn’t want. In and out in about 30 mins. I would recommend John to my friends.

Dametrice at store# FM25 went above and beyond to help my son with an upgrade on his iPhone. We visited a previous location and they wouldn't help him with a fraud alert. Dametrice took the extra time to call, got clearance and set up his new phone. He also helped with transferring service, applying the screen protector and OtterBox case. It means a lot knowing he cared enough to help even though he didn't make a large commission on our sale. Thank you Dametrice!

Travis was very helpful with me adding a new phone to my plan. very fast and easy. when it's time to upgrade I will definitely be seeing him again

Melissa and the entire staff was amazing! I called before a doc appointment to see if they had any watches on hand. She checked and assured me that they did. Told her I would be in. When I came in, she was ready and the staff already knew and was prepared for what I needed. They didn’t know it but I wasn’t feeling my best so I appreciated them being prepared. She helped me with the entire process and was patient. Originally I was just going for one watch because I was told by someone else I couldn’t get the BOGO deal. She looked into it. Figured out why and she communicated what I needed to know. More time into the visit, with knowledge that she provided, I was able to get the deal but I still only got one because I realized I really didn’t need the second watch lol. From the phone conversation to me leaving the store, she communicated and engaged very well and professional. Her appearance was professional as will! We had a slight problem with the watch but again, she communicated that with me and gave options and everything still worked out. Working in customer service myself, Communication is important and I can not stress how amazing her communication was. Her preparation, timing, selling, ALL TOP TEIR! I’m not sure if she is a manager or not but I definitely see it in her! I managed in retail and she would have been one I would have hired on the spot. Thank you to the whole team because there was team work going on for sure. The environment was also friendly and welcoming. I just might ask for Melissa whenever I go in but I will shop at this store any day ! Outstanding and amazing visit today. I got what I needed and was treated fair. Oh. The store was CLEAN!

Okay, I have a rough week with a DIFFERENT store. Kathy & Jacob helped me tremendously with adding a line and adding cool tech without any hassle. It was a longer wait. But Kristy did a great job listening to us. Staying within Our price point. It was not pushy. Very straightforward and nice. We are and continue to be impressed with our AT&T store.

Jeremy was very professional, polite, patient and understanding. He made the AT&T experience very welcoming. Even though I bought my AT&T phone and service through a third-party provider. Jeremy took the time to explain every aspect and linked my accounts to make it easier for me. Jeremy is a great asset to the AT&T family! I highly encourage everyone to visit the store on Tittabawassee and witness the great experience that I had.!

We were helped by Joseph..he was very friendly, confident, and helpful! My husband bought a new S8+ and Joseph set up what we wanted at the time then made us an appt' to finish setup by phone..modified our phone service plan to better fit our needs..its was just a satisfying experience! We're happy 🙂 Thank you Joseph!
