Stay clear of this company. I placed an order online with a saleperson (David) and was told I would receive my product within 9-11 business days and would be sent tracking information. 8 days later I contacted the salesperson to inquire about the package and tracking information that I had no received. He got an attitude and told me that when he took my order, he informed me that he would contact me with the tracking information when it became available. On the 11th day, I still had no package and no tracking information. Now, I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. BTW. Once I disputed the charge a manager (Mike Wilson) from the company sent me a tracking number showing that 3 days after my credit card was charge something was delivered to my city; mind you, not to my home address cut just the city. Now 9-11 business days miraculously turned into 3 days....ridiculous.
