I overall had a good experience. Staff were nice. And this tjmax is a bit larger than others in the area.

Came in looking for gold gear and found it! Prices are reasonable. Everything is at its own section so it’s pretty easy to find and sizes are very organized. The cashier will ask you constantly to sign up for their credit card. Very good experience would go there again if I need too!

Had an issue with a return and called in to see if it could be resolved. The store manager (I didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond to make sure that we got to the bottom of the problem and that we get it resolved. Very thankful for the great customer service!

Shopped here previously when I did not realize my TJ Maxx credit card expired and although unsuccessful in renewing it in-store and by phone, LAUREN who assisted me then with re-applying for the card did a marvelous job. She was patient, courteous and accommodating, went above & beyond and with a smile. Super service, Lauren. Please make sure she gets credit for assisting me with the credit card application in-store. Also this location is well stocked so check it out...great value, great staff.

Another stellar shopping experience today, 3.20.2023...lots of great jewelry buys, picked up 8 items including Lucky Brand gold earrings & necklace. RUTH was helpful & super nice. Also got a pair of Esprit flats...then 3 cute tops on clearance. Don't skip the food section, I got good coffee today. And don't forget to ask for your senior VIP discount if it applies to you. Good lord, if my wife took us here any more often I’d have a name tag and my own parking spot… the goods change so often that we ALWAYS have to go see.

I had a great experience when I recently purchased a kayak from this location. I was not sure if I wanted to actually buy this item and spent some time with the manager asking questions. She was wonderful..spent time explaining and then helped me to load this oversized product into my car. It was certainly a challenge for both of us, but she remained calm, helpful and determined to assist me with getting the kayak home. It was a very hot afternoon and her knowledge and assistance went above and beyond and I thank you! She was the best!!!

Good deals at a reasonable price. You always walk out with more than you expected. You don't really "need" any of it, but some things once you see it, you just got to throw it in the cart. Every trip there, there's always something new in stock. So even if you go there intending not to buy anything, you'll come out with a bag or two. So, go look around, some items don't last long on the shelves.

Very nice shopping experience. You can find quality make up and skin care products here. In addition you’ll find an assortment of household items including kitchen water and travel items. Ladies and men designer clothes at a fraction of the cost of department stores. Parking is within steps of entrance.

Found wheeled laundry basket here. Used Fetch $25 gift card (not crazy about Fetch, find it too slow compared to Receipt Hog and Ibotta).

Yesterday was my first time at this location and I was really impressed and happy with my purchases. I found so many great items especially in clearance. And the staff members were really nice and very helpful. I can't wait to go back and see what other great buys I can find.

Love the veriaty of all shoes house hold Jewelery I had a ring on that I got there I was asked if I had had it made? Really unreal and different .found some Clark shoes for 25 dollars . Found some capreas for 3 dollars. I always come home with a big bag for only 60 dollars. Every one there is very helpful and very organized with their job duties.🌹👍

My wife recently purchased some pillows from here and changed her mind about wanting them when she got home. Unfortunately, she didn't save the receipt and we were concerned about returning them. At this location that's not even a concern. We were promptly give store credit, found more suitable pillows, and were out the door. Very smooth process! Place was clean and we always enjoy browsing to see what's new.

It isn't a big T.J. Maxx but it is nice. The workers are nice too. I know it might be hit or miss, but everyone was great when I have shopped here. Great selection of bath and makeup products. Men clothing is small compared to others. I would recommend for women and children for sure.

Best prices anywhere, we ALL know that! My TJ on N. Dale Mabry Hwy is the cleanest, most organized in the area. The sales and security teams are so friendly and helpful. They offer you a clean cart as soon as you walk in the door! Someone from the checkout area will always greet you, not with a phony smile, but with a really nice greeting. Reminds me of the old days in the big box department stores. Exception: in those places (that smell too good & are full of dozens of each size) you know you're paying wayyyy too much! Time to check TJMAX for that Calvin Clein or whatevs... 😉😉 highly recommend
