Walgreens

David had awesome tattoos and a heart of gold I'm sure. Seemed like maybe he was having a rough day but I pray that he is blessed and his family prospers.

Had to pick up some late night medicines. Great that this Walgreens is open until midnight. So many other drug stores in the area close down earlier. Cashier was super friendly and helpful. When I could not find the medicine, she offered to help. Checkout was easy (they take the Google Pay which is always nice). So let's sum it up. Friendly service, product was available, no long lines, what else could I ask for?

I am a creature of habit and just moved to the area. I loved my last Walgreens and the employees and I shop at Walgreens very often. I was pleased to see this one was open later hours. I was nervous that i wouldn’t feel as comfortable at this Walgreens or that the staff would be as awesome but I am delightfully wrong!!! Very sweet and helpful ladies working here! I wish I knew the names. I will soon. Glad to know my new Walgreens is one I will be happy to shop at!

I want to personally thank Brooke Nieves for her kindness and understanding, while helping me with a photo book for my 90 year old uncle. Unfortunately, the printer went down and she contacted everyone she could even the manufacturer to get it up and running. It was to no avail, but that did not stop her from helping me problem solve my way through the situation by printing photos and loading them in a traditional album for the dinner party that evening. She also printed the book later that evening for me to send to him. She handled a frustrating situation with professionalism, kindness and consideration. I was and will continue to be totally impressed with her efforts that day. She needs a promotion!!! Thanks again Brooke!

I had the best customer service experience in this Walgreens location. I have been UNABLE to use points, which equal dollars, from my card because my ZIP CODE was incorrect. Ughh. When the CSR, David, noticed I was having an issue, he actually went into my customer profile & UPDATED IT! Imagine that? I have been in at LEAST (3) other Walgreens locations, no one except young David, even SUGGESTED this to me. David, however, updated my profile & together we discovered the phone number in the computer wasn't what I had JUST PUNCHED IN! David, thank you for going above & beyond this evening. It is very much appreciated. You ROCK!

Always have a good experience shopping at Walgreens. I find the associates friendly and helpful. The pharmacy at the Northdale location in Tampa is the only pharmacy I will go to as the pharmacist and Techs there are helpful and easy to work with. I have been going to the same Walgreens since 1996 when I moved back to to this area and it is the only store/pharmacy I shop at due to the great in store customer service.

I came in for 2:30pm appointment for my Covid testing. While I was with the physician, she performed my test and took my information, all of a sudden a woman outside of the exam room collapsed on the floor. The physician ran to her aid, called 911 for helped, and found out she was having an allergic reaction. She then quickly gave her epinephrine and stayed with her til the EMTs arrived, Truly Amazing!!. The physicians name is Elizabeth Sirban. She saved this womans life, She Is a godsend!!

I would just like to say, whatever lady is working pharmacy this evening is absolutely amazing!!!! Normally they’re so rude, she was so patient and kind and helped me out so much!!! 😊😊
