This is my local Kroger
It's always spotless and all the staff is always very helpful. The pharmacy is great there is never any bad food and if there is on the odd chance food that's expired they can't fix it fast enough. It has curbside pickup you can order ahead.

Visiting TN. This store was clean. Workers wore masks, thank you. Pretty well stocked considering. Good variety in bakery, deli. Liked their prices. Starting today they don't give back full coin change due. Apparently Covid 19 has effected the Federal Reserve's coins. Go figure.

Easy inn, easy out... It is A Clean well stocked grocery store what more can I say? There is ample parking available. Self checkout is also an option. This location even offers a gas station.

My favorite Kroger in the area.
They tend to have a wider selection than the other JC one and the Kingsport, and perhaps Bristol one.

Came in today around noon. The sushi I bought was amazing and I easily found everything I wanted. Although I didn’t need help myself, the lady running the self checkout was so friendly to everyone around me who did and was a very pleasant lady. Overall great experience!

1st time shopping at this Kroger location. The store is super organized and clean. I was able to find everything I was looking for, and was able to pull up my savings card via the Kroger app and save some $. Everyone I contacted were very friendly and helpful.

The Store was clean and orderly, the pricing sign was clear and informational, I used self checkout and the attendant was immediately available and answered my question and ensured I was good to go.

Great prices and great selection.

As an employee of this store (Kroger 367), I have to say that I a proud that the management team has our backs. Especially when it comes to unreasonable people being asked to do something as simple as put a mask 😷 on for the few minutes it takes to help them. We will never deny anyone service, but the employees have the to right to refuse to wait on an unreasonable customer. We do have to right to find someone willing to help them.

Kroger tries hard to accommodate every customer, sometimes it’s hard to please everyone.

I humbly ask you to wear a mask 😷 even if it is for a brief few minutes. It is just common respect for your fellow human beings. You never know what kind of health situation a person is in. If I ask you to wear a mask 😷 , I am asking because I am a very high risk person and I want to protect myself, my family, my loved ones, and my fellow human beings. I wear a 😷 8-10 hours a day and I personally hate it. I get it, no one likes wearing them. The only way we are going to get on the other side of this pandemic is for all of us to do the right thing and follow CDC guidelines.

I’m writing this review not just as an employee of Kroger 367, I am writing it as a human being who doesn’t want to die from this virus 🦠. My life is already going to be cut short because of my health problems, I want to live as long as possible. Please wear a mask 😷. It may just save your life too.

Place is always clean, and there is a manager who is very friendly with blonde hair that makes sure to tell everyone person hello and have a good day.

Came to this location to buy a few things and noticed how clean and neat shelves were with everything stocked nice and wanted to give a shout out to the nicest sweetest employee Jessica who as i walked around the store was working non stop to make sure each aisle was neat and correct. I was very happy about her knowledge about the store and where to find everything. Excellent customer service i give this location 5 stars for the employees like Jessica and for how neat and clean the store was.

Excellent store that is fully stocked with fresh food choices and great seafood. The service at this store is far superior to other groceries in the area. Kroger makes you feel valued as a customer and provides everything you need or want from a grocery store. It is well worth a visit.

I love the online ordering and how they always honor coupons! I order, pull up, get my food, get reimbursed for coupons, and I’m off back home. I love it and haven’t had to step foot in the store since they have offered this service. Great job Kroger.

Nice clean grocery store to visit with a great selection of products and always fresh

I went to Kroger right after I got off work and I was so tired and I was in the market for awhile. I was surprised to see that the prices were great! So I spent a lot of time checking out the stuff... I ended up getting 💯 dollars worth of stuff. I could have spent 💯 more easily but I am disciplined, so, to make a quick ending to my analogy of my experience... It was a great place to go to Kroger's. Their a very competitive place to get your stuff

11:11am, 1st cup of coffee, 1st stop @ a Starbucks in JC...great coffee and really cool team!!!

Great meat. We buy pork loins and beef tenderloins here. They cut them the way you want them and trim them just like I would. I have never gotten bad meat from Kroger's. Their private selection label is very high quality without the high name brand cost.

I come here often - 1 to 2 times a week. I love the fresh produce section, everything is clean, well kept, no dead leaves on the veggies and the fruits are great. The organic section is the same or better than a health food store nearby and about a third of the price or even better. I was buying organic swiss chard for $2.49 a bundle of anywhere from 8 to maybe 10 leaves. The first time I went to Kroger a few months ago, I saw the same brand/farm provider of swiss chard and it was sold by the pound, my little bundle was a dollar!!!??? So I went back and have kept going back and do my other grocery shopping there also. They have their own brand-name products also.

I used to go to 2 or 3 markets to get what I wanted at good prices because I was saving money and one market didn't have everything I wanted. Now that I go to Kroger, I probably save more money because I just go to one market, I get great prices, I save time from multiple store shopping and I save time which I really need since I was wasting time and energy going shopping every week.

Staff are friendly, I like the self-check out area - easy to use and a clerk is nearby to assist. I usually go there for fresh produce, but they also have a large bakery area as well as fresh flowers, good greeting card selections, frozen aisles and everything else that most well stocked grocery stores have - but the prices and neatness of everything make it easy to shop there - I'm not wondering around like another store I used to shop at and couldn't find a thing.

Kroger's gas station is in the parking lot and their price is better than the surrounding area. I haven't tried it yet, but I will the next time I need a fill up as the few cents I save going to Sam's is a savings in time and gas just to get to Sams.

I've been to Kroger's in two other states and never liked the store look or brand, but this particular location is my favorite in JC.

2022 update two years later.
I’m so glad Kroger’s has figured out a way to keep their doors open later (11pm) when everyone else has closed by 7 or 8 pm.

Its the same as before, with fresh produce and stocked shelves, helpful staff. There’s a new grocery store to the area but their prices are a little higher, but they also stay open a little longer.

Kroger has been a blessing. Thank you to the staff and management for doing a good job, clean and well stocked store, still with good prices and selection.
