Bina was very patient with me and my Valentine’s card project. It took a minute for her to see exactly what I wanted but soon she got in a rhythm with the making of single and double sided color copies, helping me to transform my original artwork into reproducible copies in the form of greeting cards. Dropped of spectrum equipment. Convenient location and quick friendly service. The spectrum store is twice as far from my house and had an hour wait for walk in customers. Fast and free for me today.

i appreciate this store so much! the workers were so friendly and helpful. i had a ton of amazon returns (amazon charged me twice and delivered double of everything i ordered smh) and the lady helped me figure out which items were which for my return receipts. thank you to the kind workers at the Cortez Rd UPS!!

I’ve been using this specific UPS Store for 2 years now . I’ve had nothing but smooth , prompt service . I’m almost always in for Amazon returns & have had flawless service on the part of the UPS Store & let me just say the girls & owner will agree , I have had a lot of Amazon returns since my accident . I have NEVER had a bad experience here between all my returns , faxes & mailings ! I would also like to mention how kind , considerate & efficient Binal is EVERY time I walk in , no matter what I come in for ! Thank you !😊

I only use this store when I ship. They have other helpful services too but I mostly use shipping. There’s a wonderful girl that works there named Amber who is always helpful and has a positive attitude. I don’t ever have to worry about anything I’m shipping when I come here. They take care of everything.

Bins was fabulous. I came in late as the doors are closing and she was so kind to take care of me and help me put everything in order so that I didn’t send the wrong packages to the wrong people. I couldn’t have asked for nicer service. Not all of the UPS are this friendly. Definitely come visit this one over on Cortez Road and say hi to Bina for me.
