AT&T Store

I want to share my great experience at this location with Melissa the manager. I think she is the best manager. She always brings smiles to customers faces and she is very technology savvy. I’ve been coming here for the last two years and I just want to thank her for all her time, effort and guidance. 5 stars always. Thank you again.

Melissa and her team are wonderful. I brought my family in the other day to get our new Samsung phones set up and Juan went above and beyond to help. I feel good knowing that we can go into the At&T store in Mission Viejo anytime we need help with our phones. Thank you! JJ Hardy

Melissa was amazing. Professional, patient as I’m old and low tech. Was able to politely handle multiple customers by multitasking and staying engaged and polite with everyone. A great experience.

The rep was soooooo helpful and understood exactly what I needed and was very compassionate to my plight. And she did it very quickly. She is the best!!!

We made an appointment and went to store to activate our iPhone. Melissa provided excellent customer service. Although we did not order the iPhone 14 pro from the store, Melissa still very patiently helped us and taught us how to activate the iPhone step by step. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. We will go the store to buy the phones next time because the service is excellent.

Came in last night around 6 to upgrade my iPhone and could not be happier with the service! The manager (Melissa?) and employee working with her (didn’t catch the name, but she was off at 6) were extremely nice and very helpful. The manager really knew her stuff and was patient with my crazy family while we tried to get everything set up. Staff was very friendly and we will definitely be returning for all our upcoming cellular needs LOL.

Great customer service!!! I called ahead to see what phones they had available then went into the store to upgrade my moms phone and add a line and switch services for my dad from a different carrier. The whole process took quite some time and was a tedious process but Warren was so patient, kind and informative throughout the whole process! He was so helpful and explained everything to my mom and I. He was the only one working and multiple customers came in for assistance and he was so kind to everyone that came in. Hands down the best customer service I have witnessed in a long time! Thank you warren!!!

I was so happy with my experience at this Att store. The store manager Melissa is so helpful. I was angry when I went into the place. Melissa helped me fixed my issues and I left there feeling happy and content. 😊

Warren helped me out two different times while I was trying to pay my bill and reinstate my service. It took a lot of time being in the store but Warren was so nice and funny. Josh and Samantha were incredible from the moment I walked in. I came in after having a difficult situation with my current cellphone provider, and they made the transition over not only easy but absolutely delightful. They were kind, knowledgeable, and made the process easy to understand. It felt more like getting help from friends than a business transaction. The process took a few hours because of the provider I was changing from and complications with my old phone, and they were patient and kind through the whole process. 10/10 recommend!

Warren, the gentleman that helped us last night was so wonderful. I can honestly say this was the first time that I have received such amazing service from a staff at a cell phone company.

Warren was awesome! I brought in an issue and he helped out to the best of his ability! He really did everything possible to figure out a way to reinstate my moms phone number after it was cancel due to her phone being stolen in Europe! He’s the goat and I appreciate all his help!

Melissa Balderas was a lifesaver for me in getting my Apple Watch properly connected to ATT and my IPhone. She spent over 2 hours patiently working away at my issue, coordinating with ATT, while dealing calmly with other customers.
